Where do I begin with this review? This place has the worst customer service! When you call they act as if you are bothering them to get something scheduled. You'll be told I'm on the other line long distance call back. Then you call back and get more attitude. I went in to get my flywheel looked at and replaced if needed. I told them it was having problems starting. It went from my flywheel was okay but they would change it anyways to this guy trying to outright rob me! All of the sudden I had the wrong torque converter and crankshaft on my vehicle.
Little did this guy know I had warranties on the engine and transmission. It is a Jasper transmission and a Powertrain Engine with a 7 year million mile warranty. Both of these businesses have been around longer than this joke of a place! I made him talk to them in their warranty service department. They basically stated he had no idea of what he was talking about! The engine only has 11500 miles on it and the transmission 30000. He ordered a new starter and torque converter. He then said it was still the wrong torque converter. After hearing from the warranty departments from real mechanics I told him just to put it back together.
He acted like it would ruin it if he put it back together that way. He was trying to upsell and screw me. He was supposed to install a new starter, flywheel, and change the transmission fluid and filter. When it cam time to pay and pick it up things changed. He didn't even change the starter out at all. He said he cleaned it up. Polishing a bad part does nothing! The transmission pan was scratched all to hell when it wasn't! I also found a ton of gasket sealant around the pan which isn't necessary when done properly! The deadline for completion kept changing all the time as well.
When I went to pay was an experience too. I paid the bill and he threw the credit card up on the counter instead of handing it to me! The bill stated no warranty on it. I wouldn't warranty shady work either! If I could leave no stars I would! I'm highly disappointed as a 30% disabled Veteran to deal with this! I got out of there as fast as I could. I bought my own starter and no more problem. Two bolts and two wires was to much of a problem to fix! After paying over 1000 dollars I still had to fix the problem myself! Your experience here will be a disaster just like how the front office is kept! I'll be replacing my transmission pan, fluid, and filter as well! I don't trust anything that was done!
This is the way to go out of business! Never ever go here! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! If you want to have the worst repair experience of your life then come here! If you want real service go any where but here! The positive reviews he has I highly question. They are probably paying people or making their own fake accounts to sucker people in! Stay away from this place like it's leaking radiation! The only good thing was I earned free Bitcoin using my BlockFi credit card to pay for this joke of a service!
