After al bad revieuws I just gave it a chance and ordered a automatic watch. Every day I have to reset the watch beacause time is 2 till 3 hours behind. After adjusting the time for a week I pulled out the whole adjustment button with pin without force. Its feels cheap and light at the wrist. Its really the worst China rubbish ever bought. Better buy a watch at Temu for €25,00 till €50,00 with better complaint service and refund policy.

The Mystique Automatic black watch looks very good however the strap is very cheap quality. I have worn the watch 4 times; the strap has broken twice. The pins have come lose a fallen out. The watch is definitely not worth £249.00 it claims to be.

Faulty item, company extremely slow to communicate.
Scam company selling second rate products.
Avoid at all costs, buyer beware.

I bought my watches in January and I didn't get it yet, Thier courier supplier send them back now they are not giving my money back or not giving my watches. Scammer

Absolutely terrible.
Such a high RRP and big reductions seemed too good to be true and it was. Not genuine prices there, the most tacky, flimsy feeling watch I have ever owned, wouldn't pay a tenner.
Avoid, save your money and get something decent.

I bought watch from Anthony James earlier December 2024 with order number AJ-11133, name of the watch is Limited Edition Chrono Sports Black. It took some weeks before it was delivered, when I received the watch, I noticed that it has a poor quality, so I quickly returned it on 14th January 2025, but up till now, I haven't received my refund. I have contacted their support severally and they said they have received the return on 22nd of January and I should wait for 10 days to be refunded but I haven't seen my refund up till this date. I went ahead to contact the support team and they replied me on the 6th of February 2025 saying that it has been escalated to their finance team and I will receive my refund very soon but I haven't received my refund up till now.

So right now I'm feeling like I have been scammed, so please think twice before buying from them.

I bought one of their watches from Debenhams that said it was reduced from £200 to £40 so I thought it would have that high quality feel, but wow they do feel awful.
Very light metal, tinny and almost sharp, impossible to adjust bracelet as the segments are so fiddly.
Overall cheap feel and uncomfortable to wear.

Bought a watch from this company but received a faulty one.

Very cheap feel, straps are rough finish metal and pull hairs out of your arm. Complete waste of money. Would understand if these were sold on Temu

My first purchase was unfortunately laced with problems regarding the plastic strap. The pins attaching it to the watch body seemed faulty and after a couple of weeks, the strap fell off on one side. My first thought was to get a new strap fitted locally but the both of watch repair / jewellers I took it to, told me that I would need to return in to the manufacturers as they don't carry the strap required for that watch. I had the strap reattached by the watch repair shop, but then the other side came undone. Again I had it fixed, and it held ok..then the buckle on the end of the strap came off. I contact the supplier after as was told that they no longer have the strap in stock for that model...and initially I found them quite unprofessional and unhelpful.. BUT, once I expressed my dissatisfaction with their mishandling of my complaint, they agreed to replace it and sent me a range of options via email. I made my choice, and they posted me a pre paid envelope, and I returned the faulty watch to them. To be honest I wasn't expecting them to come through with a free replacement, but today, my replacement watch arrived, so this has ended very well after a disappointing start.

My speedster watch arrived today and i'm very happy with the quality. Even though their was no instructions with the watch, once i worked out what each button did, it was very easy to set up. I'd say it was a bargain, at what i paid for it. I can't understand the negative reviews on here.

Good watches for the price. Great customer service.
