Well my golden retriever had the toy torn up in less than 10 minutes. So much for the toy withstanding tough chewers

My experience is similar to others. I saw the ad. I purchased some "indestructible" dog toys with the promise of them being replaced if destroyed. I received a receipt and a tracking number very quickly, but it was soon apparent that something was amiss. The tracking didn't move for some time, the seller couldn't be reached, and so I escalated the case to Paypal.

Well, that seemed to have done the job. The seller very quickly got in touch with me, claiming that their account was frozen and that they couldn't issue a refund until I closed the dispute. Now, I did fall for the initial sale, but I'm not falling for this much, and I stated very clearly that I would not be canceling the dispute until I'd either received the items ordered or a full refund. I then got MULTIPLE emails begging me to cancel the dispute.

Eventually, the toys did arrive before the dispute reached its conclusion. They're obviously not indestructible as others claim, and I don't expect to get a replacement. This is obviously something where I've been suckered into buying something for $20/each that was purchased for pennies from China and likely shipped from there. The package I received clearly didn't even originate from where the label said it did, so I'm left to believe that the seller is creating tracking information using a third party handler without actually having shipped anything. That would explain the odd tracking behavior I noticed.

It could have been much worse. Lesson learned. Don't purchase from ads on Facebook. Research the seller, first. And don't use PayPal. The protection I get from my credit card company is far better than PayPal's dispute system.

Horrible! My schnauzer destroyed two toys in five minutes. They said they would replace them but I pay shipping. Why would I waste one more penny on this garbage!!! The product is not made of any special material, I could put my finger right through it if I tried. Total waste of money and false advertisement!! Do Not Buy!!! Total scam!!!!

Well, along with every other review here, mine will not be any different!
Bought 2 of these fricken toys so I could rotate them and they both lasted in total of 24 hours! And that's only because she had to sleep through the night. Total crap!
Reporting them to international consumer ombudsman!
"We can only replace the items but you need to pay for the freight".
Wel you can stick it were the sun don't shine mate!

Scam company from china that says it is from Germany. Indestructible dog toys are no better than dollar store toys. Took no time at all for dog to tear it to pieces once we finally got it which took a month.

The indestructible toy lasted all of 2 minutes! I will not be arranging a replacement as I would have to pay postage costs to be sent another rubbish toy!

Claim dog toys are "indestructible", and my dog had shredded this within 5 minutes. They say they issue refunds, but item must be "unused".
Clear fraud, or at least badly mis-representing their product.

If ZERO stars was an option I would choose that - it literally took my dog FOUR minutes to destroy the toy. When I tried to email customer service my email was 'undeliverable'....of course

This company was previously trading as PupsDenStore. Toys lasted only a few minutes before my dog shredded them to pieces.

My 1 yr old Irishdoodle had them in shreds within the first FIVE MINUTES.

I bought two destroyed within 20 min both of them . What a ripoff

First off, the toy only lasted two hours. Secondly, while they "offer a replacement toy" they require you to pay the shipping. So you're loose the original cost of the toy and shipping and in addition pay more shipping for another toy that won't last any longer than the first one. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER AND A FRAUD. FYI: I gave one star only because I can't give anything lower!

The dog toy is not what I paid for, the company will not refund, replacement wonky if freight paid. Dog chewed it to nothing in ten minutes

Heavy chewer toy was destroyed in 16 hours. The head was pulled off and the stuffing removed. The toys do not hold up to what they are advertised as. Should get a full refund.

Dog destroyed indestructible toy in 1 hour
When I asked for the toy to be replace they wanted me to pay for shipping. Does not state anywhere on the website in there term and condition that you are required to pay shipping for replacement .
Then blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a bad comment warning other people of the scam when I said I was going to report them

Echoing others here. Indestructible toy took close to two weeks to arrive, took my dog less than 20 minutes to destroy. Complete scam. Chinese trash hiding behind flashy advertising and a slick website.

Crappy product... lasted less then 15 minutes.

Took forever to arrive, puppy destroyed it in less than two hours. Their product is crap.

Garbage product. My puppy destroyed their "indestructible" duck in less than an hour. I told them I want a refund and they refuse to give me one. Shame on me for not doing my usual due diligence. These guys are a scam. Do not buy.
