I purchased a subscription to Anstrex’s Native Ads Intelligence tool on ​February 18, 2025, and submitted a cancellation and refund request within the stipulated 48-hour window. The email clearly stated my request for a full refund under Anstrex’s 48-hour money-back guarantee policy.

However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received ​no response from their support team. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Key Issues:

1. ​Ignored Refund Request: My email was sent within the 48-hour window, yet no action has been taken.

I urge potential customers to reconsider subscribing to Anstrex until they improve their customer service reliability. Trustpilot emphasizes transparency, and I hope this review prompts Anstrex to address unresolved cases like mine.

I had 5 orders with this company they never showed up at my us address when you email their contact person they never get back with you. They are the sorriest company ever maybe overseas they work well but they don't get your packages to you I'm not the only one complaining but I would like to have my five orders of things I want

Promise a 2-day refund which will not happen under conditions that they do not transparently disclose (for example crypto payments are non refundable).
Scam service. Stay away.

This is by far the best spy tool in the market. It is extremely fairly priced and much better than Adplexity which we were using until now. We are currently using their Native ad spy tool and Pop ads spy tool. Both are excellent.

4. their payment gateway supporter services are also not accepting this matter like ( CHARGEBEE )
