Delightful Experience
I've been purchasing from Ann's for a couple of years but only small ticket items. This was the first time I purchased an investment piece and I must say it was over the moon. The care and attention Ann's takes from the site posting and description to the sweet note included with the package make unboxing their items a delight. I look forward to scoring more items on this site.

The purchase I made on layaway
The purchase I made on layaway . All was good i would give 5 stars but they need payment method improvement . They have variety of payments for regular purchases. But for layaway they have only PayPal. The item I purchased was shipped fast. Beautiful as described .

Hi Gigi –
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We’re happy to hear your item arrived quickly and was just as described.
While we include a PayPal link for layaway payments by default, we also offer other flexible options. We’re happy to accept credit card payments over the phone or send a secure invoice that can be paid online with a credit card.
We hope this makes future layaway purchases easier, and we’d love the opportunity to earn that fifth star next time!
Please let us know if you have any questions.
