Ordering was extremely easy. Delivery was quick. Love the parts. If I could make one suggestion it would be instead of a thin cheap piece of disposable, highly lose able, plastic dome for germination, continue to make high quality parts and supply a glass dome for germination. Customers would be less likely to lose it and it would show that no corners have been cut. Remember this is not only a purchase, but it’s also an investment and customers expect the best when investing that much into a set up. Other than that, everything else is great and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

I just finished my first grow with my Annaboto and was waiting to review until I was able to speak to every part of the process. I really have delighted in the experience of growing my own plant and getting to enjoy the nuances along every stage of the process. The machine itself has been easy to engage with and whenever I had any challenges, the customer support was incredibly quick and competent in their responses which really solidified how much I felt considered and appreciated as a customer.

In addition to the customer support, I really appreciated how the app guides you to little walk-thru instructions and videos (like on topping, pruning, harvesting, drying, curing, etc.), which made the whole process feel engaging and approachable.

Honestly, I have no complaints. I just started my second grow and am excited to continue my adventure and learning experience!

It is the most effective and highest quality hydroponics robot on the market.

No issues with the actual product so far, just waiting on seeds to arrive. The biggest issue was with the delivery! The service wouldn’t deliver with out a signature and no one was home so they kept my package. Everyone I spoke to was difficult and no help so I’ll never use UPS again!
