I purchased a pair of emerald earrings from Annabel Jewellery as a 40th birthday gift for a family member, and they were absolutely stunning. The earrings were beautifully handmade with incredible attention to detail and looked even more gorgeous in person.
The packaging was stunning and made the gift feel even more special from the moment it was opened. She absolutely loved them and hasn’t stopped talking about them since. The quality was exceptional and they were well worth the money.
I would highly recommend Annabel Jewellery and will definitely purchase from them again.

The diameter of the 10mm pearl is written in the product description for your reference. Sorry to hear you find the fastenings tricky, we will certainly take that on board for future designs.

Ordered a ladies adjustable finger ring. Not adjustable in any way shape or form without causing anticipted damage.
No returns note ( proclaimed small company ) no instructions what so ever.
Had to chase this owner all the way for e mail responses - not forthcoming
Had to chase the refund a day after the item was received a m. the day before.
Totally unprofessional.
Would not recommed in any way.
Bitterly disappointed.
Do not use this Company.
Just hard work !!

The ring you purchased is adjustable, as noted in the product description, and is designed to gently expand or tighten for a comfortable fit. If there was any difficulty adjusting it, we would have been more than happy to guide you through the process.
Regarding returns, as a small independent jewellery brand, we currently aren’t able to offer free returns. While we would truly love to provide that option, the costs can be significant for small businesses like ours. Our return policy is clearly outlined on our website so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing.
