I gave this company $999 June 24, 2022. I was given the run around on just exactly what was included regarding time and voice over, etc. After numerous texts, phone calls and emails, they stopped answering me. Only after I posted a bad review did Kevin Taylor call me. He asked me to delete the review and he would work with me. I did and I told him I'd put off the project until 2023. Now, the same thing; he won't return calls or emails and now has blocked my phone number. I will have to go to the BBB. Outrageous.
AUGUST 1, 2023; Complaint submitted to the BBB. I just saw another review that stated that the client was told they were located in Florida after she said she wanted to meet in person. I wanted to meet i person last March and was told that the studio had RELOCATED TO FLORIDA. Only when I went online to chat did I find out that they were indeed in Los Angeles. If I don't get a refund, will file a claim in Small Claims Court.

Jason is a great project manager.His English is impeccable and hit all promised dates. Received criticism well without becoming defensive.I would definitely use these guys again period

Terrible company!! BUYER BEWARE!! The company did not deliver on anything that was promised and offered no refunds. Cost us 3 months on a very important project. Showed us samples that we liked in the beginning (prior to paying) and produced something totally different and unacceptable. They told us we would be able to have in-person meetings with the animator to discuss specifics and set expectations on how we wanted each animation to look. We were originally told (prior to paying of course) that would be "no problem!" as the team was located in the Los Angeles area - a quick drive up from San Diego where we are located. However upon starting the project, we were informed that would not be possible as the team is located in Florida!!! The process in which they conduct business including the revisions does not make sense as we weren't even offered at the very least any zoom calls to discuss our ideas for the project and when repeatedly asked to set something up the project manager acted as if he wasn't even in direct communication with the team doing the illustrations for the animations. We sent multiple documents, pictures, had phone calls hoping that they would deliver and after about 3-months of going round in circles getting nowhere we had to conclude the project with them having no product to use and nothing but time delays and frustration! Oh and of course NO REFUND. And when we requested one the company took ZERO ACCOUNTABLITY for their shortcomings. Total scam!!! Lots of red flags looking back now. We have been conned. Please do not give this company your money.

Needed a loading/splash animated screen in a Lottie format. Delivered quickly and what I wanted.

I hired Animation Cruise for a 30-sec 2D video for 500$ last February 2022. They sent me a 90-sec script which was more or less good. They told me for a 60-sec video, I needed to pay another 500$ extra. ERROR, I paid in advance. Animation Cruise and our project manager Sean Murphy never understood the nature of my dropshipping business, I had to repeat so many times how to edit the images and texts. They promised to deliver the work in 3 months. I was supposed to start my business in May 2022. I spent more than 90 hours over 6 months to make them understand what I wanted. After 6 months, they only had finished the first 20% of the script and images (not even the animation). Always promising success ... what A nightmare. I lost 1000$ CAD (about 750$ USD) and after 6 months I just asked for reimbursement ... When I canceled my order, they still promised to do the work in 24 hours!! Work that could not be achieved in 6 months! After that, it was radio silence. Never saw my money, and never got any animation. I have everything on file.

Very happy with the final result! It took a while to perfect our vision but Jack and the rest of the AnimationCruise team were dedicated to perfecting our video down to the last detail.
