Excellent service, item arrived really quickly.

I have purchased from this website several times now. They are always quick to update on news about my purchases. Their packages always come well wrapped and on time. They have also been quick to respond when I need to make alterations to my order details. Good company.

First time ordering from OtakuHype and i am not disappointed. I ordered 3 mangas and came within 2 days and it was wrapped well enough to ensure damage wasn't getting to the Manga. Really appreciated the effort! Thanks! Will buy from again!

They emailed me when the preorder was due to be shipped soon and the price was reasonable- would happily purchase from them again.

They always deliver really fast, packaging is great and figures are good quality. Love this store, never had any issues. 💜

Extremely happy with my order. I ordered three mangas (Jujutsu Kaisen volume two and both the first volumes of Chainsaw Man), my order arrived securely packaged and although I had to get it rescheduled for delivery, as I wasn’t in when they first tried, it still arrived very promptly. OtakuHype’s prices are cheaper than most manga/anime retailers and the quality and care that they put into their orders is evidently displayed from my first order and much higher than the likes of places like Waterstones. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them extensively in the future!

Easy to order and pay, email received when despatched and arrived in 2 days, very happy

Undoubtedly if not the best one of the best when it comes to price , proper packaging and updates definitely recommend if your trying to find sites in the Uk that sell Anime figures 🙌🏽

First time ordering from this site and very happy with everything, my order arrived quickly and even came with a cute free bookmark.

Had a few delays, but when ordering it does state "Estimated".
When the figure got shipped it only took a couple days before arrival. Figure not damaged and in great condition!

Great product! Thank you :)

I ordered a rem puppy figure a while back for pre order and despite there being a delay the business was super sweet and informing throughout the process. I'm really happy with my figure now she's arrived, it was packed perfectly and arrived quickly after being dispatched. Thank you :)

Package was securely protected and had no issues when ordering from the company. Will be using them again.

Ordered the weekend, and here the following Wednesday morning.
Just Fantastic.

Arrived extremely fast and in perfect condition, no complaints at all!

Item arrived quickly, second purchase from otakuhype good service :)

Great communication. Figure is beautiful and the price is very accepable

Ordered a product from them first time, was sent it via Special 1pm delivery and the staff responded extremely fast. Highly recommend this store, only issue was the outer box was damaged badly ( but royal mail is to blame for that) but the product was safe :) Will order again.
