Taglia enorme, ho comprato una 52 ma in realtà è almeno una 58. Sono nello stesso settore e so cosa vendo, anche loro dovrebbero segnalare la vestibilità delle taglie, vista la differenza . Consegnato tutto piegato, senza appendino, scatolo troppo piccolo per un cappotto. Una ditta come la loro dovrebbe stare più attenta a come viene imballata la merce.

Al di là dei brand eccellenti e delle ottime offerte, qui la vera differenza la fa un customer care semplicemente impeccabile.
Attenzione al cliente fuori dal comune, risposte immediate, disponibilità e professionalità rarissime da trovare.
Una bellissima scoperta, destinata a diventare un punto di riferimento.

Your service was very good but I am not satisfied with the delivery and cost of your partner Fedex customs clearance service. Delivery is more than one third of the value of the order (€35), they charged me €47 for customs clearance, and their only pick up point is more than 30 km from the Belgrade city center. Also, they did not accept the recommendation to deliver after 4pm so I had to leave work to go home to pick up the package. My friend who often orders clothes from you and who recommended you, always received deliveries from you via DHL and the delivery and customs clearance service cost much less, almost by 50%.If your every delivery has to go via Fedex, most likely I won't be placing any orders. Regarding delivery, DHL is much cheaper and user friendly than Fedex.

Website shows products priced very slightly cheaper than other retailers. But the catch is they do not include duties, customs or taxes which end up costing you more than if you purchased it from a premium store like Farfetch, Selfridges etc. that pre-pay customs/duties/taxtes. Honest advise is stay away from this store.

The website needs some improvement, especially when used on a mobile device. Couldn’t finish the check-out process due to crashing and had to switch to the desktop version.

Also, despite stating that international orders will be shipped Express and delivered within 5 business days max, that is unfortunately not the case. FedEx International Economy was used, which, by definition, is not an express shipment!!! On business day 5, the package still hasn’t left Europe. For that, a shipping charge of $45 is way too high. When looking at other retailers, such as Il Duomo or LN-CC, they also charge the same amount, but for FedEx Express, and only $15 for International Economy. Haven’t even received my order yet, but overall it has already been a frustrating experience. Would not order again from here.
