Their forms are long
Their forms are long, so they basically make money from naive people who are spending their limited time ( as if you didnt have anything else to do) on filling forms.
Any form longer than 5 -7 prescreening questions is long.

Great company to work with
Angelfish is very well organised. Very professional and is very safe. Even my teenage son carries out some project which he enjoys and I feel it’s a very safe space for him. The staff are so helpful and communication is excellent!

I just completed a food and drink…
I just completed a food and drink research. It was my first time and I thought it was well delivered/communicated. Most importantly, we were given enough time to compete the research by creating short videos related to the questions asked. Glad I did it.

Survey concerning Cats Protection adminstered by Angelfish
A most worthwhile cause in the form of Cats Protection was the subject of the survey from Angelfish. The host of the zoom meeting was most friendly and attentive to the input of participants and displayed excellent social skills and putting us all at ease. The other aspect of videoing self, responding to a series of predetermined and clear instructions was fun to do, from my perspective.

Repeatedly never selected
Repeatedly sent me emails. They’d then asked for further information for each project they email you about. You answer lots of questions and then get told you have been unsuccessful. They ask for lots of data including how much you earn to the nearest £10K. Waste of time as never been picked. All I’ve done is provide data for free. It’s just not worth it.

These questions help us determine eligibility and ensure the research includes the right mix of participants.
We understand it can be frustrating not to be selected, but unfortunately we’re not always able to share full details upfront, as this can compromise the integrity of the research.
Please rest assured that all data you provide is handled securely, never shared with any third parties, and is deleted within three months of the project being completed, in line with GDPR.
