Angat was a real breath of fresh air as an Estate agent, and I should have written this review he deserves much sooner than I have.

We'd previously listed our property with RSK, and the whole experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were at our wits' end when Angat reached out and offered his services, and he genuinely turned things around. Where RSK had left our property sitting on the market with little success, constantly pushing us to drop the price, Angat swooped in and secured full asking price within a matter of weeks.
Throughout the process he was professional, polite and proficient. He took the care to know our property (rare these days with estate agents!) and it really showed in how he informed viewers through the property with genuine care, both for the home itself and for getting the sale over the line. We did run into some issues with the recommended solicitor at the time (summer 2025), but that takes nothing away from Angat's own efforts.

I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and I'd recommend him to anyone in the Ealing area who is looking to list their property or is having trouble with a current estate agent. He's a rare find amongst the usual estate agent haze, and we're so grateful for all his efforts. Thank you Angat!

This so-called professional estate agent is a liar. when he found out I'm vulnerable and disabled, he stopped calling me, and I called him about the property of my interest. he said the landlord had let the property privately, and it's off the market. I did not believe him and called other agencies, who were helpful to say it was still available and that I had been deceived.
When called to confront him, he called me a fool, so I hung up the phone, only for him to call me back, giving me excuses and that he'll help me to get the property again.
When I called him again, he blocked me.
This guy wants to make it rich quickly, and he discriminates against his potential clients.

My deepest advice to you is to stay away from this liar as finding out for yourself will be expensive.
