My experience with andAndrea was positive. The products arrived on time, matched the descriptions, and felt high quality. It's a reliable options for anyone looking for stylish and well made items.

For the first time I ordered a pair of boots and they send me a wrong size ok. The second time I ordered a second pair and they sent to wrong address and wrong size and customer service terrible send to me a email to proceed with the return and they requested many things but they never resolve the problem and I spoke with many people over there and nobody helped me. I am very disappointed.

As usual such a wonderful and relaxing experience with such lovely staff. Andreaa and Claudia were amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t fail to deliver. I have to say I left the salon feeling the best I have ever felt after having my hair done. It was done exactly how I wanted and I cannot thank you enough!!

Customer service amazing.
AA took the time to email me to say you didn’t have a medium and checked out if small would work.
I’ve not bought these pants before and the small is better than medium.
Soooo worth the effort!! Great customer service. Amazing product.

Terrible experience.
Returned some (not all) items and cannot seem to get a refund nor a commitment when I will. Parcel tracking shows garments were received. Contacted andAndrea (Andrea the owner) on instagram and she said she doesn’t deal with refunds and can’t help me. I’m left emailing over and over.
Time I think to lodge a PayPal dispute.
Clothes are nice, sizing a bit hit and miss but sad to say TERRIBLE customer service.

I love the piece I finally grabbed for andAndrea for months.

Love all the different styles and stunning fabrics. All garments are such quality.
Cannot rate more highly, the shopping experience is also easy and very prompt delivery.

I couldn't give the highest score because many of the manynof the items that I liked were sold out in my size.

The sizing has changed and the xs has changed and has been made smaller, now the pants don’t fit, all the Clothes sizing has changed and def made smaller, and the prices have increased radically so quite unaffordable. I love the clothes and have so many so feeling a little disappointed.

Communication was fantastic. Products are great, I get complimented on my tops all the time. Nice to have something a little different. We will miss your Pop up sales.

The price is high compared to the clothing materials and style. But I do like the style as they are comfortable and easy to wear. Ill buy more if the prices are more affordable.

False marketing,
the images of the clothes you see on the website do not reflect what arrives. very expensive items for very poor quality that arrives. Must be using a lot of Filters to make the quality look better. and it costs even more to return the items.

Ordered on Monday received in Uk Friday brilliant! Love this essential shirt, I’ve one that I bought a couple of years ago, but when I saw that you were closing I immediately ordered another! Such a lovely shirt and so versatile! I’ve bought several items from you and have always been impressed by the quality, and delivery!

The clothes are mostly made of cheap fabric. Extremely overpriced!
Wanted to return the item and wasn’t supported . AndAndrea wasn’t able to give me any adress, ( P.O. Box only) or Taxnumber or phone contact.
Will NEVER order again. Had to pay a lot of import tax and aA also charged me the return tax.
Worst customer experience ever.
