Tried the platform and didn’t find it helpful and asked for refund ( he offered 30 day money back guarantee ) and I only used the app once less than 24 hours and his response was if you log in the app you lose the refund. It’s a scam
Very disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to reach the gym program’s support team for over a month with no response at all. For a paid fitness app, this level of support is unacceptable.
The app claims that training data is saved, yet there is no clear way to view my training history week by week to properly track progress. In the welcome video, it’s explained that repetitions should decrease while load increases over time, but the app does not automatically calculate or suggest progression based on past workouts.
There are no recommended weight increases, no guidance (e.g. percentage or kg increase), and no transparent overview of previous training data. Without this, progressive overload becomes guesswork rather than a structured program.
Poor communication, poor tracking, and features that don’t match what’s promised. I would not recommend this app unless support and core functionality improve significantly.
Avoid this company – unauthorised billing and no proper cancellation process
I cancelled my subscription and my account clearly shows “No active plan / No active subscription found.” Despite this, the company has continued to attempt to take money from my account.
Support repeatedly tells me to cancel via a dashboard option that does not exist in my account. Even after multiple written cancellation notices, they keep trying to debit my card for a service I do not use.
This has forced me to escalate the matter with my bank as unauthorised recurring transactions.
If you sign up, be aware:
* Cancellation is not straightforward
* Billing attempts may continue even after cancellation
* Support does not resolve the issue
I strongly advise others to avoid this service and to be extremely cautious with their payment details.
