I have ordered back on 2nd June 2024. advised 10-12 working days. Had not received product, have emailed and got a few responses but been 2 weeks and no further communication and their website seems to be non reachable!

I think they have used my data for a Brushing Scam. I did make an order and received it back in September. However I have received an unexpected delivery from them this week. I have tried communicating via email to find out why my name and address has been used again for a delivery and they said no record of a 2nd order in my name on their system. So either someone else has ordered and paid for the item and sent me a gift or they have used my data to enable them to put on a fake review. once my data is with the people who do this activity I have no control over it or how it is used.

Not worth the the money it’s just a steel tube. I expected some resistance or else what am I paying £35 for? Asked for refund and worried not going to get one. Bought with confidence due to the 30 day guarantee but appears that was a fraudulent claim. Claim back though bank of need to

Rubbish cheap item from China that does not do what it says, which is to help you stop vaping. They did not honour their 30 day money back guarantee, when I tried for a refund they said their returns policy is 14 days despite their website clearly saying 30. Do not use!

Scam. And customer service have no basic logic skills.
Ordered an item. Never arrived. Took me two weeks to convince them that they should refund me giving the item was clearly lost. But they did not refund the whole thing. They refuse to refund the postage as postage is non refundable.
So I am supposed to pay £4 postage for an item I never received!

This company claims to have a 30 day money back guarantee, until you try to return your item then they refuse. The website claims you can test the product for 30 days completely risk free. I purchased one of these recently, found it didn't help at all, so got in touch to return it, well within the 30 day return time. They have refused. Apparently Im not the only person who has had this problem with this company.

Trying to get a refund. They are stalling and I’m not holding out much hope. I just hope they are not preying on those who suffer anxiety already. That would be disgraceful.

Terrible. Ordered a silver necklace on 15th June. Emailed twice and told it had been dispatched. Item never received two months later and refund refused. DO NOT TRUST.

Völliger Unsinn. Miese Qualität und bezüglich des Versprechens 100% Erstattung ist nichts wahr. Habe nach unzähligen Mails gerade mal die Hälfte zurück bekommen. Fake. Finger weg. Absolute Abzocke.

The company illegally refused me a refund. I had to seek support to gain one.

Ordered a silver necklace, wasn't sure what to expect. Surprised to see the item was sent quickly and efficiently, with some of the most detailed tracking information I've ever seen in my life. It's shipped from China so I can't imagine there's much process for returns etc. But it looks good, is of a good quality and if like me you can't seem to go a minute without reaching for your vape, this might help. I've found it an unexpectedly good experience. Always a surprise for an advert found on the book of faces.

Don’t trust them.

Their website states “money back guarantee” and “excellent service” etc .. but it’s quite the opposite, it’s clearly one person selling from their garage.

I ordered the silver one to help with breathing through anxiety spikes. However the system switched it to gold.

I wondered if I made a mistake, so I processed another and it did the same thing again, so I know it’s their system.

I noticed this only immediately after I paid, so I emailed them and they told me they had “forwarded on to the relevant department” - well, clearly they never because I got notification it had been dispatched the next day.

So, I contacted them again, and after a few days they replied with “when it arrives, let us know and we will process a return then you can send back and re order”

So I did, and I got a really nice response 😒 “sorry no returns once it arrives” - as you can imagine I’m just thrilled

Not helpful in the slightest, you have to wait like 4 weeks for a response from them and it’s never actually helpful

So don’t do it… find something else to help and save your money
