I just wanted to clarify a couple of things regarding the delivery charge. At every step of the ordering process — including the banner at the top of the website — it’s clearly shown that shipping is free on all orders over £50. For anything under that, the delivery cost is £6.95, which is actually what I get charged myself — not £8 — so I don’t make anything on the shipping at all.
I completely understand that shipping costs can be off-putting, but when I factor that in, it simply wouldn’t be possible to supply the kind of high-quality product you received for any less. Hopefully, once you see how long the product lasts and how well it performs, you’ll feel it was worth it — and if your next order meets the free shipping threshold, you won’t need to worry about the delivery charge again.

I’m genuinely sorry you felt the need to leave a 1-star review, but perhaps this is one of those differences in how things work on either side of the Atlantic.

Sorry to hear you haven’t received your item yet. Just to clarify things, the very first thing you’d have seen when clicking the product link was this message — which I’ll paste again here for clarity:
We understand these are currently unavailable in the UK. To best support our customers, we’ll be giving priority to orders that include UltraFoam or Puro along with a Foam Cannon. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to getting your order to you as soon as possible.
As your order was for foam cannons only — which are out of stock everywhere else — and didn’t include anything else from what is a fairly extensive store, it was placed in the second-priority queue.
Last week, 17 of the 18 foam cannons I shipped went to customers who also picked up products designed to be used with them, and as such, their orders were prioritised.
Your order is still on the list and will be sent. Of course, if you’d prefer a refund, that’s absolutely fine — all you needed to do was ask. Email, phone, message… all the usual options are available and listed clearly.
I do understand that some people find reviews an easier route than a quick message, and that’s fine too — I respond to every review, good or bad, and I trust future customers to make a fair judgement after seeing both sides.

This company lacks the time to ship an order but has plenty of time to send sarcastic and insulting emails. If you have a problem with me being a “tight arse” by spending another £2.25 on a multipurpose micro fibre cloth to qualify for free delivery you should review your policies.

Russ is one of life’s interesting characters. Came to my store to buy the AVA foam cannon as the items is sold out everywhere else and only available on my store. So far so good.
I sold 12 foam cannons in 2 days, and Russ bought on the 3rd day. Heaven forbid however it may be an Easter break and people have nothing to do other than chase after this Karen.
On my store we offer free shipping on orders of £50 or more. And this cannon was £49.95. And guess what tight arse done? That’s correct. On my store with 60+ other market leading chemicals, Karen bought a microfibre cloth
Royal Mail didn’t collect his order in time which was out of my control and Russ emailed me to let me know he’s shocked and demanded a refund which I was happy to oblige.
