If I could give negative stars, I would.

I embarked upon this joruney with this Spam of a "company" in 2024, during one of the most trying years I have experienced in all of my years. This was to be a pivotal moment in making the most of my hurt and pain allowing for a blessed creation to follow.

This ENTIRE process ended up being a nightmare as it was one excuse after another when generic pictures did not suffice my creative vision, when lack of follow through was an on going occurrence, when communication completely stopped, when I was doing more work trying to hunt someone down to see what was going on with the project, etc.

I started off working with Crystal who started off strong and soon faded into providing me a bunch of sweet nothings and no follow-through or accountability to what illustrations were being sent. This book was written in dedication to my God brother who passed and was the main character. A white character and yet I received illustrations at some point of him being black. While I am a black author and love the representation of black characters, this was downright disgraceful. It was later shared that she had under gone an accident and would not be able to continue the project.

When wanting to speak with a higher up I was put in contact with a Mr. Silverman who I spoke to a few times
and was left with the feeling that he was annoyed by my persistence to hold everyone accountable. It was later shared that he passed in a gatl car crash when I brought up lack of communication with him as well.

I was then assigned Liam Garcia who started off even stronger and soon followed in hot pursuit of the foot prints Crystal left. When communication ceased there (shocker) I was told that Liam had to take time away and would return to pick right back up. He did eventually however to no avail of getting things completed.

After that one I was told that I would be working with an Alex Hall who I spoke to once via the phone and was more interested in getting me off the phone as I sure had my reservations and frustrations now after all of this, and never heard back from him since.

Here I am in 2026 still have messages ignored, phone calls unanswered, follow through not given, etc.

Long story less long because despite all that has been written I can assure you that I have much more to say, but moral of the story- DONT DO IT.

They are very unresponsive and more concerned with selling services than fixing errors.

Besides all the fees for various services, Crystal's non native-born English was difficult to understand all the time. Zak's promise of 25 free books never arrived. Not even one! My book format was a maze of split sentences and paragraphs, and major mistakes on my part were not found by their editors. When I tried to call shortly after my book was published, none of my many calls or emails to Amz Creative Hub were ever answered. Many months after I realized I had been scammed, one of their marketers called me. I told him what had happened and he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did, and I tried to call him but to no avail. They are all frauds and this company is a complete scam.

NEW AUTHORS!! I'm pretty sure these people are scammers, and all of these five star reviews are fake. Working with "Amazon Creative Hub" was an absolute nightmare in every way. Their editing suggestions read like they use ChatGPT, their formatting skills are amateur at best. After months of trying to make it work I didn't end up using any of the end products because there were just too many issues and incompatibilities with Amazon KDP, which is crazy because that's the company they claim to work for. Save yourself time and money and pay a real expert, or learn to do these things yourself. Don't get scammed

Crystal and her team were very excited to help me with my book. I was very pleased with the amount of effort they put in to make my book a dream come true! They were exceptionally fast & extremely quick with getting everything done. I love the cover and the picture they decided to go with. I am absolutely pleased with how everything turned out, and completely at loss of words right now. I’ve never been more happy in my entire life. They made this so easy on me and took all the stress of writing and editing off my hands. Crystal is entirely sweet and kind & I appreciate everything the team has done for me I am very grateful & very blessed for this opportunity as a writer and a poet. I highly recommend going to this company for any professional projects.

I’d like to thank Crystal, Harris and Zak for all their hard work in getting my book published correctly. I’ve dreamed for years of publishing a book. Not just some little novella but a real full-length book and these three have helped me accomplish this. Thank you to everyone at Amzcreativehub who works with Crystal, Harris and Zak as well!

This experience has been great so far. My team of Crystal, Harris, and Zak have been very hands on and communicative throughout the entire process and made everything go so smoothly. I am a first time publisher and am so thankful to this team and I cannot wait to see how everything plays out!
