We were getting ready to relocate out of state for my job. We discovered mold in the attic due to a leak in the roof. We didn’t have the time or money to fix it before we moved.

We structured a seller finance deal which means I become the bank. I will make more money in the end and I get to defer my capital gains. Definitely a win win solution.
