This was my first time ordering from Ammo.Com. Two different calibers. The first order arrived as advertised. The second order arrived in a flimsy box that when opened revealed, open boxes and loose rounds. I brought this to the attention of customer service who found the shipper had damaged the original box and contents. The shipper just scooped up empty boxes and rounds and stuffed them in a new box. A count found the shipment to be 61 rounds short.
In a matter of hours, Ammo.Com, made the order whole by shipping the missing rounds. No long drawn out process, just some pictures and explanation.

(the only thing I'd like to recommend is to contact the FedEx ground manager because the box arrived opened, and FedEx should hire honest drivers. Im glad nothing was missing from the box. Maybe some solid ducktape should be applied around the box, where it opens - top and bottom - to prevent any claims from FedEx that the box opened by itself when being handled). Thank you again!
