This company is fraudulent. I purchased a helmet online. Then received an email that they had no stock, I asked for a refund which Kathryn said that's no problem on 11 June 2025. 4 months later still no refund and nobody replies to me. Save your money, do not buy anything with these people online.
I ordered 2 pairs of Pikeur men's riding pants on July 19th
I have e mailed and called for 2+ months with no replies. My cc was charged 440. dollars the same day.

This Company is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with .
Ordered a riding hat in June 2025 …hat was advertised as an adult hat …, came as a child’s …. They offered to return the vat !!!
The hat did not fit …, returned recorded deliver as per instructions from Kathryn who assured me that the refund would be sent ….. that was in July
I’ve since sent approx 30 emails and left numerous messages and made about 40 attempts to contact them.
Matter now with trading standards
Discrace… they should not be trading and hopefully won’t be for much longer
Terrible company, one to avoid. My item didn't arrive, I contacted them a few times over the 8 weeks and after one initial reply all other messages were ignored by the company. I ended up opening a case with Paypal and was able to get my refund that way.
My husband ordered a Charles Owen helmet for my birthday on 24/4/25. This was a month before my actual birthday, he requested an update on 4/5/25 when he had not received any news. He was told that due to a stock issue, it would take 8/10 weeks to fulfil the order. He was offered an alternative hat which was not suitable, but not a refund so decided to wait despite the birthday being missed. He enquired again in June and was told the hat would arrive in August. He has heard nothing since and so chased this up and requested a full refund as we are nearly at the end of august. It is unacceptable for Amira equine ltd to have his money for this length of time and offer no communication or updates. They are ignoring all of our communication so will be seeking further action.
Exactly the same problems as all the other reviews on here. After ordered my Charles Owen skull, informed would be delivered in 3-5 days. When followed up, told out of stock, then told Charles Owen were behind on supply but would be delivered in a week… Another two weeks have gone by. I have requested a refund - they have now stopped replying to my emails, and answer machine messages. And I have not received a refund. My messages to them have always been courteous and reasonable. Turning over to credit card company now. My advice would be steer well clear of this company.
Poor service, items not in stock they take the money and expect you to wait a month while they get the items, can’t then get hold of anyone for a refund, finally used my bank to get the money back.
Ordered an item that they said was in stock.
Emailed to confirm it would be sent out the next day to be told it wasnt in stock, the item had been discontinued but I could have the new spec version but it would take 2 to 3 weeks.
Asked to cancel order & receive refund.
2 weeks later & no refund.
Cant get through on phone & each time I email, I get told its with the accounts department for processing.
In this day & age a refund should be instantaneous.

Ordered a vest which did not fit, paid out of pocket to return it to the UK after speaking with customer service (Kathryn Langley) and she confirmed receipt on April 17. Have still not received a refund and have not heard back from the company since I last reached out at end of April (and was told it was with the "processing department"). Have tried to call a few times and it is always a recording. According to the website, they are supposed to be a well established supplier shipping globally (and presumably should have a refund process as well). I am starting to question their professionalism and would not recommend purchasing from this company.
I returned a helmet that didn’t fit (order WEB8966-635 ) and I got confirmation that the return was received in April. I’m still waiting for the refund and have gone back and forth with customer service several times. They basically defrauded me out of $500. Buyer beware!

I ordered a helmet in early April 2025 from this website, which showed it was in stock with a 2–5 day delivery time. A week later, with no delivery or update, I contacted them and was told the helmet wasn’t actually in stock and could take up to a month to arrive. On 7th May, still with no clear update or proper communication, I asked for a refund. It’s now 25th May and I still haven’t received the helmet or my money back. Very misleading stock info and extremely slow refund process — be cautious when ordering
