I’ve been with A Mind of Figures for just under two year and I can honestly say it has been life changing.
After spending my entire working life as an employee, I started my own business. For six years, I had an accountant, but I never truly felt like I knew how to run a business. I often felt overwhelmed and had plenty of ideas and ambitions, but no clear understanding of how to make them happen.

I have been using A Mind of Figures for many years now and have never even considered using anyone else. Throughout my journey with them they have gone overboard to help me often outwith their remit!

They have been friendly, considerate and very patient with an old doddery always given excellent service and helping to minimise my tax burden (lawfully of course!) and preparing me for the next years figures.

We have recently moved over to A Mind of Figures and couldn't be happier, the knowledge and advise we have received has been excellent, it takes a huge weight off and leaves us to focus on growing the business. I would highly recommend this company, we had cheaper options but I'm so glad we decided to go with them, cheaper isn't always better, you pay for what you get.

I have used "AMOF" for over 4 years now for two of my companies ... I can't honestly think of anything to not rate the company less than 5 stars.

All my e-mails get dealt with by any of 3 members of staff (that I deal with but I aware there are more staff) and sometimes out of office calls also get dealt with when I really need some advice or a document I cannot find ..... it happens a lot when you are as busy as I am :o)

Further to add, "AMOF" are as available as I need them to be and do not speak much recently as we have a good setup and everything is running smoothly but I know I could easily call them everyday if I wished to ... not much communication is my choice but this is due to full confidence in their practice. They contact me when they need me and vice versa.

I’ve used this company now for a few years for my yearly tax return and I have found them extremely helpful and attentive. They make the whole process easy and effortless for me. The staff are great and attentive and I would highly recommend!!

Had an original conversation about starting to use these guys as our accountants moving forward. Price list sent across, slightly higher than usual but felt like of the initial call we could put our trust in them and so agreed to move forward. Several emails later and multiple phone calls / Facebook messages we’ve had no response. They were aware we were on a time limit and this has delayed us massively, we turned away two other companies to work with these guys and to be completely ignored isn’t good enough from any company, wouldn’t waste your time go elsewhere.

Just in response to the below, it is absolutely the correct company. Sorry if my terminology was correct, but had you read the entire review you would see I had an initial conversation with someone, so your correct it wasn’t a “price list” more of a quotation but regardless of what you want to call it the rest still stands. If you provide me with an email that’s monitored and responded to within the 24 hours you claim I’m happy to provide you with evidence.

It just gets worse. After the company reaching out to me for screen shots (which I’ve provided) they’ve this morning decided the best response is to tell me I’m creating fake reviews and my evidence is inadequate. After sending screen shots they asked me to provide more evidence. I told them this wasn’t necessary as we’d found another accountants who wanted to work with us. Because I wouldn’t provide additional evidence which would take time out of my day to find when they couldn’t be bothered to take time out of their to respond to us, we’ve now been threatened by them of us reporting us. So on top of being irresponsive they’ve now also shown their customer service is complete abysmal too. I’d stay well away from this company.

Absolutely amazing accountants! Cracking team with a can-do attitude who are more than happy to take the time to explain things thoroughly. I have been using AMOF since not long after they opened for both of my businesses and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.
