It's very hard for medical offices to find this company on their lists when setting up my insurance for claim submissions. I had to take out my card and read off three different names before the lab person could find my supplemental insurance, and even then I wasn't positive because the name was only a mostly-matched name with what was in her database. USE A CONSISTENT NAME! I don't care which name it is, just use one name and make it easy to find. I'm probably going to have a lot of claim submission problems because doctors' offices are going to give up looking for my insurance company's name.

I never hear from the company, they just pay what they are supposed to and send me enough information. Perfect!
