This still is awesome . There was some delay on my order but it was well worth it . This still is awesome and very nice . I personally want to thank Jonathan for a quality is great and not only that it looks awesome . Thank you Jonathan for sending extra seals . If I ever need them . Jonathan did keep me in the loop as progress was done . But if you want quality you need to order from Jonathan

Zajac is a total lier, wanted to up date still size, all Zajac wanted was money, gave me a bitchen out because I wanted to send a check , he wanted credit card with no w.o. , stay away from that disturbed man, product is good feel sorry for employees, take note Zajac will bring company down

Jon is a great guy and willing to share his knowledge with you. His stills are top notch, I’m glad I found Jon online. If you want to own an excellent still look no further, you’ll also get connected with a good dude.

Ordered 6gal set 11/29, told by John, shipping in 2 to 3ks. It arrived very late in an undamaged box, covered and stapled over another box on 1/7. The huge but flimsy box was packed with an entire bale of hay! I had to unbox it outside in the back woods, using a power wheelchair and a wagon to carry it!. Nothing was wrapped nor protected from rough and distant shipping. 2 of the 3 pots werel dented. Everything was full of hay strands, particles and dust! Parts and all seals were missing! John tild me a story about hiw hes required to send incomplete sets by the feds. Funny he never mentioned that when he finally shipped my irder. During the overdue wait, i rcd zero unsolicited updates from him. No pkg slip included nor instructions on an item listed for almost $800! IHe offered to send parts and told me to fix the dents myself. He got nasty when I told him of my disappointment and lack of confidence in the welded fittings and potential leaking that would insue. Im not a welder, just an old lady who lives alone who just wanted to get clean water, make tinctures and vinagar. He accused me of trying to steal from him. I told him to send a prepaid ship label with door pick up and I'll return it. His demeanor was so flippant and sarcastic, including foul languages and insults so I decided to end my business with him and completed a charge back on my credit card. I simply refuse to consort with rude and ignorant ppl who think we work for them after sending a big box of outdoor debris and damaged goods with missing parts. He gave an idle and cuss flled threat to sue me as he screamed profanities. If he sends the label I will honor my commitment to repackage with all the hay and return it. This is a big effort for me as I live alone, am a dble below knee amputee with a bad hand and low patience for well paid adults who behave like children! He has not followed up on any commitment to date so I'm doubtful he'll do what he says. I hung up and blocked him. Save yourself a lot of hassle and headache. Shop elsewhere.
Update;3/6/25 he still has not sent the shipping labe to return his broken junk. I wanted it sent proof of delivery so he couldn't lie again. I guess he wants me to keep his garbage? Be careful. He told me he was going to open another company so he can steal from more ppl.he lives in NewHamshire in someone's basement.

Had ordered a still, was told it would be here in 10 days. Multiple calls and texts later the owner Jonathan Zajac answered and was cursing me out saying I hate America and I'm a POS. All because I asked a ETA. Would not work with this company ever again.

Well I ordered me a 40 gallon still, I was reluctant to send money to them , (cause no fault of thiers , I had been taking on 2 different online purchases) But I did anyway. He guy I spoke with was very professional in getting exactly what I wanted. On the wesite it does say turn around in about 14 days. Ok I seen a post online that was bashing this company on the 13 day. So me being the worry wort I am, I sent couple text messages to him about the awful bashing I had read. BUT he instantly calles me back and comforted my concerns. I was very happy with this mans answers and didnt give it a second thought. Next day I was sent tracking number of my order. Yeah it took couple extra days to receive my still but he assured me all was well. Today I received my order and WOW what a thing of beauty. I am pleased to say I am very satisfied with what I got. And praise the man for being so professional to me and my concerns. So yes I would recommend this company to any of my friends out there in the distillers world. The ONLY problem I have had was they was a dent in my pot upon arrival, but hey that gives it character so no worries there, Im sure it happened in transport. If you are looking for a great product and professional people to work with, then please use this company.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT ORDER FRPM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an EZ build kit was told 3-4 weeks for shipping. I received no email confirmation for my order or and tracking informayion for my order 4 weeks go by i ask for an update i was met with hostility. During that phone call ibwas told there was absolutley no way he was going to be able to meet my order. But he was happy enough to take my money. He then said to me hes not going to ask me for more money on my order but if id like for another 500 i could get a still that was already made and ready to ship. You read that right asked me for more money after i was told hes not here to ask for more money. I declined and said no i just want what i ordered so i can build to my liking. He then get very upset and says "well if your going to be like that then thatboffer is no longer on the table." To which i respond then i want a full refund. He then changes his attitude and asks me if he can sing me a song. He then presists to sing to me sing about making this deal happen because he tells me his company absolutley "does not do refunds". I tell him i want my product we agree on a price for a ready to ship unit i tell him i will not be giving full payment until i receive my product. I received the product that i did not origanlly purchase and he waited until it was conveinent for him to send me links to pay him remaining balance. This company and this idividual are crooks and will take you for more than whatbyour signing up for. Aland the product i received also had leaks on every solder seam. Another reason i wanted the kit i could build myself.

Very happy with my selection. I'm actually sitting in front of mine now running brandy. Great service and very respectful and quick delivery. I'm definitely ordering a bigger one before Christmas. Thank you American copper works.

Everything that was said came through just as I was told. The product was quality and will definitely be ordering from him again. My experience was really good.

On a whim I decided to order this product. I'm glad I did!! The delivery was a little longer than I preferred but Jonathan was always available to answer my questions. The product arrived and it was absolutely amazing! I've made several batches and it makes a mighty fine product. I'd highly recommend this company! The contact with Jonathan doesn't stop after you've received your order. He has answered every text and is willing to help.

I had ordered my still several years ago and never had a chance to give a review. After researching many companies I decided to give these guys a chance. I ordered and yes, it did take a long time to deliver probably 2 months I’m not totally sure. I called a couple times to check the status and was told they were back ordered. When the still finally arrived I assembled it and everything fit well. The first run I had was perfect. I got some high proof shine and was pleased with the product. The product is high quality and worked great. I’ve made lots of shine with mine and will continue to use it. My only suggestion is to put a screw top on the thumper so you can add fruit or another flavoring that won’t fit in the small copper tube.

I have ordered two stills from Jon and I have to say the craftsmanship is superb and the owner is very nice and professional, I was very satisfied with my purchase, will buy another one in the future.

Am giving 2 stars because it finally did come. After almost 2 years and insults from the owner it finally came. Is nice quality and have used twice already. Does have some minor sorter leaks but is decent product. I will definitely never order anything from company again but the man did send me a product after the extended wait.

Ordered a still 4-5 weeks, ship, 4 weeks,6days, 2am email, no delivery, called John left emails, asked for a return call, got it, he called me A KAREN, ACCUSED his workers of being on Meth, offered to throw together my purchase, that it would be sub par, I asked if he had any still to ship, he did not. This is theft, anything over 600 dollars is a felony, maybe he should be arrested. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON

I worked for this scumbag whose only problems are ethics honesty and filling orders after taking your hard earned money. He lives at his shop at 50 Bridge st Nashua Nh 03062 Nashua Nh.John does not care about you or your order, his only concern is to get to the Philippines so he can find a girl who has just turned 18 to abuse and pass along his venereal disease and I heard him plotting his trip with no concern about fulfilling your way over due orders. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS IF YOU WANT A NICE STILL SOLDERED PROPERLY AND GIVE A GOOD HUMAN YOUR BUSINESS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOW LEVEL BASE LOSER WHO WANTS YOUR CASH FOR FREE.

The legacy stills that this family produces cannot be matched anywhere. I like many others had to wait an extended time but Jon did keep me informed . They did have some extremely unfortunate circumstances that held up their production. Definitely don’t call up and start insulting Jon or you may not like his response! I guarantee they will ship your order and I am very pleased with the quality.
