The quality of the books I’ve received is excellent. In the non-fiction texts, the colors are vibrant; just enough words for an emerging reader and hard-bound! The price point is the topper! Quality, cost and content!!

I will definitely be using American bookworm in the future. I was initially skeptical if the website was legit or not, but I received my brand new books in excellent condition just as promised.

Packaged well and exactly what I ordered. It took a little longer because I didn’t realize that it was coming from the UK but a great price for brand new shrink-wrapped books very pleased.

Receiving a personal note from someone working on your team made me feel like I was a real person.l

Very very good shipping, books arrived in perfect shape looking fresh off the line. I couldn't have asked for a higher quality shipment. And by far the cheapest site I was able to find. Within the first 5 pages of Google it was the only one with a fully and cheaply purchasable box set of the series I wanted. Those and the quality of the delivery are what really count.
The reason for the star off is that their user interface is pretty awful. Not only do you have to request a full data deletion to remove your card info from the site, but there's exactly zero elaboration on a majority of the site's functions and menus. Menus have no labels or color coordination, functions are fragmented, settings are borderline non-existent, and so on.
In a similar vein, their live-service shipping communication could be far better with regards to updates (I.E: Product being in shipping for a week and a half, but not moving an inch on the live service map, followed by suddenly being half way across the route much to my bafflement). I don't fully fault them for that, as shipping even locally can be a pain, much less over multiple state lines, but it remains of note.

All-in-all, would use again, but with the hope of significant and prolonged end user-centric improvements being made.

I really like how each book in the box set for Jane Austen has a QR code for the accompanying audiobook.

Great deal for book set and arrived in a reasonable amount of time one book did have a severely bent corner on the front cover but I bought much more expensive books from much better well-known companies that arrived with more damage than that so I'm please with my purchase would buy from them again

Fast shipping and books arrived in great condition

These are great books for kids learning to read at a 1st-2nd grade level. Fun and interesting with good instruction for parents to teach phonics. Price was good, but shipping was slow

I don’t like that it’s more liberal and talks openly about sexual feelings for either girls or boys. I won’t give this to my son to read. It’s just not something I want him to ponder or a concept presented to
him. Kids are impressionable and if he got older and had those feelings then that’s a different conversation, but not
for a 10 year old boy.
