Everytime I receive a parcel from them I am always met with a wonderful surprise not only the products I ordered but a little something extra. I think the TLC in the packaging and product proves they go above and beyond.

Incorrect order received
Incorrect order received - had to return - correct order not sent out until proof of return of incorrect order - full order not received in time for birthday. Disappointed. Was given a 10% discount offer for next purchase - not sure there will be one.

Pleasantly surprised by above and beyond customer service. Had an issue with a product that was not as described, missing an essential feature.
Sent my query late at night, by morning I had not only a response, but also a more than satisfactory resolution to my issue. Monies were already refunded, and everything already action, as per my proposed resolution.
Matter was resolved efficiently like I have not had happen, since never.
Money was immediately returned, and website information was immediately updated to correct the error.
Honestly couldn't ask for more. Haven't experienced such customer service with ANY retailer, and I purchase frequently online. Pretty much everything other than groceries.
