Tive uma péssima experiencia com a equipe da Simone / America Expert LLC. Abri minha empresa em 2009 e depois de ~2022 diminuiu muito o volume de negocios que faziamos. Nunca aceitaram reduzir mensalidade. Nunca me deram orientaçao de mudar de Inc. para LLC, que seria bem mais simples. E no ano de 2024 atrasavam o servico de contabilidade mas cobravam intensamente o pagamento trimestral. Alem de cobrancas de valores por servicos extras, muito acima do mercado. Deixei de pagar por ~9 meses e entao ardilosamente fizeram os debitos de nossa conta no JP Morgan de todos os valores, sem nenhum aviso e sem minha autorizaçao.

We’ve been using Simone every year to do our taxes and it’s always easy. We bring a flash drives where we have our income and expenses, agents info and she uses her expertise to plug in and it’s done in less than an hour. I am a real estate broker and I have a few agents.
She does my accounting and never a problem. She is great!

I hired America Expert to handle my company’s accounting, but unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I do not recommend their services.

We were told we had to file tax returns, when we didn't have to.

Due to the threats received, denying that my company has been a client of yours, ask Claudemir Ramos or Vanessa Salgado.
I have been a client of your company with Nextech LLC and WeMove LLC.
I warn you that there are also laws against threatening, falsely accusing or defaming.
I await your response with apologies.

We asked for a quote in order to set things up and move forward for an existing LLC. When we receive the proposal we were close to move forward with them until we’ve been warned by another consultant who has taken care of our requirements for a 3rd of what they’ve requested.

Long story short. We don’t really know how they work cause we didn’t move forward with them, but what we can confirm is that their services are incredibly overpriced

Since my reply was blurred and I do not have the right to reply, mi message goes directly to you Claudemir Ramos. You wanted us to pay $3.5k an update and $700 for the 2022 income tax.

Since you rather report my feedback instead of taking it and apologize, (or just accept it and let it flow) I’m going to keep building info in to this post with trustpilot.com as witness. I have the quote you sent us with company logo and so as well as other accountants honest assistances and replies to your quotes

I do not complain about your services. I complain about your quotes and now about your behavior.

I was happy with their service until I talked to several other accountants. I found out that for many years they had been making income taxes presentations, that not necessarily needed to be done. Besides, when signing a contract with them, make sure you read all the terms and conditions. It happened to me that besides the six month in advance notice that I had to give them to finish their services, they insisted my companies were still bonded to them for two more years. I had to solve it with a lawyer.

They promptly assisted me at a time when I urgently needed to solve a problem. Excellent. I recommend it!
