This is the first software we have used that is truly farm friendly, not only for accounting but for tax preparation as well. I also appreciate the speed at which they are improving the product based on user feedback.

Ambrook has proven to be everything I was looking for as a ranch/agriculture bookkeeping service as well as a great platform to use in my personal bookkeeping business. I am an Ambrook ProAdvisor and I have one of my largest clients who is an independent wildland fire fighting company on the Ambrook program as well. It works great for multiple types of businesses. I have been using them for several months now and they are always making improvements and their customer service is outstanding.

The automations and AI tools are a little finicky sometimes but overall a great product. It’s simple to use and fairly well organized.

Finally have a way to organize enterprises so we can actually see what works for our farm and what doesn't

I gave Ambrook 4 stars mainly because I am still learning the full capabilities of the system. So far I am loving it though. The customer service has been wonderful and I have enjoyed the webinars that have been presented.

Lots of duplicate transactions on last sync.

So much easier to use than quickbooks. I just did a years worth of entries in a few hours

Best accounting software for agriculture entities hands down!

Ambrook is simple to operate and solves so many of my ag accounting challenges. It’s very important for me to have access to enterprise expenses and all the financial information with a click of a button. The customer service is great but sometimes there are some delays, but I’ve never not had my questions answered.

We switched to Ambrook because farming and ranching is just, different. Our books are more demanding, complex, and not cookie cutter. There are exceptions and different things to track and account for all the time. Other accounting platforms were not cutting it, and I dreaded doing our books. I wish we moved sooner. The platform, knowledge and real-life understanding is something Ambrook just understands. We are thankful for the support team for giving guidance and being a friendly face and treating us like family. I have recommended Ambrook to all our friends, family, and other ranchers and farmers we meet.

Ambrook is great. Easy to upload all documents and to organize them.

The platform is really easy to get used to makes your book keeping a breeze being able to do everything off of your cell phone when your stuck in a tractor from send bill adding receipts or itemizing transactions, your not stuck in your office every day trying to figure everything out you are able to have time doing what we love doing being around animals and the crops we are growing!

Ambrook is set up in a simple direct format that is easy to understand and build on. The staff of people are amazing. Everyone has been so helpful. Live support is the #1 reason I went with Ambrook. You can keep simple books and then build up into a full financial picture.

We are a Family Farm that makes feed with all of the commodities we grow. Several years after we transitioned from a typical row crop grain farm into selling all of our crops as feed I had to admit my previous method of bookkeeping was not working at all. I was spending far too many hours in the office and still felt like I really had no idea what parts of our operation were working and what wasn't. We have been using Ambrook for a little over a year now and for the first time that I can remember it is a positive experience sending our accounting info to our accountant. I feel like I understand exactly where we need to or can improve on different income and expense categories now where previously our decisions were more of a guess.. The invoicing side of Ambrook is doing the majority of our income accounting automatically now that we have our categories setup how we like them and I can print or email an invoice in a faction of the time that it used to take me.
I love how I can in literal seconds print a report on any entity or time frame that I choose.
I am just learning to setup the inventory management side and I believe this will be a life saver when I need to report feed sales to the Department of Ag at the end of the year as well as being extremely helpful in knowing when to reorder the commodities that we purchase.
I do not classify myself as a person that is extremely techy and would far rather be outside [farming] as we say than stuck in the office but as I am learning what Ambrook can do for us and how to get it setup to do that I am surprised to find that office work can actually be enjoyable when I feel like I really know what is happening in our operation and can see the areas that are making a profit versus the areas that we obviously will need to change if we want to continue living this family farm lifestyle that we value so much.
