When amazon does not work it is SHITE!!!!! No way to talk to costumer service. The pushed me to subscribe while I had not seen anything or realised I had done without wanting. Then it was impossible to unsubscribe for one item. The one of a sudden it starts giving all the prices in dollars while my account is in the UK and I am in the UK. Shite! Disgraceful DISGRACEFUL NO COSTOMER SERVICE. SHITE SHITE SHITE SHITE. I MAY CANCEL MY PREMIUM SOON AND START SHOPPING WITH WHATEVER I CAN ELSE WHERE.

Amzazon seller Saxinade furnitire please do not buy from them they are very poor in comunicating and have no empathy for disabled people . Wrong address deliverd to by dpd liasing between yhease 2 companies 1 star and very little empathy we have no sofa slow to give a refund and where very rude not listening to the clearly stated complaints amazon discontinue serices from this furniture company very low comunication and You have no way to assist which is very poor amazon customer service too . 1 star

i order 2 items from amazon which they stated would come today and both were out for delivery. only 1 order was delivered...trying to get help or an answer is like talking to a brick wall and being told if it didnt come today. i could ask for help on the 18th its the 15th are they fkn right in the head amazon going along the same track as the useless inpost.....

I pay £95 a year for prime, I get a lot of stuff on amazon, I specifically say do not leave anything in reception as we live in a building that has vulnerable people and things go walkabouts
amazon drivers do not care where they leave the packets I am sick of stuff going missing, you need to train the drivers to read 'SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS' because they clearly don't
it was medical supplies as well I needed for Monday hence paying for prime

WHAT THE HELL HAS GONE WRONG WITH AMAZON??? Never had to make a complaint in all the years ive used them until now and all over the crappiest NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE OR AS DESCRIBED standing fan, it was so flimsy and light weight, it was like a kids toy, trying to return it has been nothing short of a Nightmare, ive even had to pay to return this crap, to say im fuming is an understatement , sent back over two weeks ago and still no refund and how do i get my refund on postage as i was told when i spoke to someone on the phone 3 weeks ago, ive got names , dates and timings.

I for one am reluctant about ordering any more goods from yourself with this dire service ive had to phone at least 3 times over this poor service. I definitely not be ordering anything big or electrical anymore.

I will be seeking ways to get my full refund and taking legal advice over this as in the UK we have what's called " Consumer Rights Law 2025 " and this breaches all my rights , is suggest you read or do you want me to copy and send it to yourselves?

Ordered door strip to be fitted by fitter. item turned up 2 days late. so could not use it. this is not the first time late deliveries.

Most amazon deliveries are good but some couriers are lazy liars. “ Parcel in letterbox” is often a lie. On the last occasion it was left on a wall below the house. I found it the next morning.You would hope Amazon would wish to warn the couriers but not a bit of it .There is an assumption that this is bound to happen and you are told to look round about for your parcel! Try to complain about deliveries and you find it is a waste of your time.i

The delivery on prime orders had slipped unacceptably. We are ordering items that say delivery by tomorrow and as soon as we have paid the delivery changes to the day after or even later! It’s getting so bad now we even think about going back to B&Q in our car rather than trust Amazon 🙄🙄🙄

Bought a camera for my Dad's house. Realised that it wouldn't work due to the shape of his house. Tried to return, but just outside the 30 days. I should have tried to fit it sooner but my Dad is quite fare away. The box hasn't even been opened yet. Tried to contact Amazon, chat bits, AI agents waste of time as they ask the same questions over and over again without looking at what I've written. Finally spoke to a person, he was so inflexible, and rude. There was no bending on the 30 days. When I think of all that I have purchased from Amazon over the years (including items that were clearly fake items!!). This stops now. I'm voting with my feet and won't ever make an Amazon purchase ever again

The driver didn't knock on my door or use the intercom; he just left my package at the main entrance of the building where I live.

Wouldn’t give them any stars to be honest I ordered two watches one pink for myself and one black or blue for my son pink one was comming on a Saturday and black one was to arrive on the Sunday no chap at the door on the Saturday my package was stuck half in my letterbox in full view of the street package was damaged looked as if someone prised it open as when I got it I opened the envelope properly as I could see a box inside thought thank god for that but on opening it no watch inside raging I had phoned Amazon told them envelope arrived but nothing in the box apart from leaflet this was in July they won’t give me a refund as I have no photographic ID I need a driving licence or a passport I’m in my 60’s don’t drive never been on a plane in my life I don’t have any photographic ID I can’t get my refund my sons one came on the Sunday we didn’t open it we just sent it bk I got the refund for the black one but it was Cheeper the pink one was over 42 quid I won’t buy nothing from Amazon now it’s not my fault if parcels go missing or someone doesn’t do their job right maybe delivery driver nicked it or someone passing saw it sticking out my letterbox took the time to take it out the package and put empty box bk in n post it the same way hanging out my letterbox customer service is absolutely disgusting I did say I didn’t need photographic proof when buying it I will be contacting customer service Amazon did get the empty box and envelope bk as I did post it bk to them and Royal Mail took pic of it being handed over to himself im in touch with citizens advice department about this incident its absolutely shocking I paid monthly for prime membership which I myself contacted bank and told them to block it permanently id definitely never get amazon to bring anything for me ever again same as evri them two are the worst delivery companies out there

Ordered an item being sold by 'Happy and good life' via Amazon on 10 August for delivery by 25 August. This is a Chinese company and whilst I accepted the delivery timescale we are now into September. Have requested a refund and seller says that a refund will be made and IF the item turns up I can keep it! Obviously no chance of it turning up as on checking various delivery websites it has not left the warehouse facility. The same item is still being advertised on the AmazonUK website with a one week delivery!!!!!!

Amazon uk worse company ever buy 600 headsets they arrived in boxes all smashed up obliterated treated like absolute junk they even put cans of pop loose in the box with the headset i brought this is around the 100th time ive sent something back due to it coming in battered boxes proving amazon dont care about your stuff why would they its not theres they care more about your money so me i will not bother again they now need to give me two refunds one for another item that arrived damaged just another one of the hundreds sent back its a disgrace shame on amazon and dont bother getting a gift from them it will arrive beat up battered and in a mess like all my parcels to date stay well away use a company that cares how customers items are treated there is plenty of them for gods sake

I ordered multiple items from Amazon on the 22nd August, I received one package yesterday with no issue. Today the rest of the items were to be delivered. Delivery turned up but I was asked for a six digit number which I had no idea about! I Checked my emails and no number has been sent to me I said to the delivery man what's this about, normally I order stuff, pay for it and it gets delivered! He took my order away!! Tried to speak to a human on the Amazon website and all I get is a bot who can't sort anything out! Totally disgusted and will be deleting my account after contacting my credit card provider for a refund!

My delivery is always late evening don't know why and when it does arrive all I get is a msg saying delivered they don't even ring the doorbell package is always dumped round the back of my home or left on front door step. Not very professional at all. Main thing is i would love to be able to get Earlier Deliveries. Not at 7pm and onwards even 4pm would be Brilliant.

Have you been signed up to Amazon Music ultimate unknowingly. Have they taken money out of your bank without you knowing. They certainly have my account. I suspect many more people are signed up and don't know and are paying £12.00 per month and also don't know. This practice must be stopped. Of course once they have taken your money its almost impossible to get it back. Its also near impossible to cancel the outgoing. You are passed from screen to screen without clear instruction on how to cancel. Even when you do manage to find the obscure cancellation method you receive no confirmation that it has been cancelled. My bank was also less than helpful. they clearly don't want to upset Amazon. Beware check your bank statement and persist if they have taken your money unknowingly to get it back.
If I don't recover it then the Echo device will go into recycleing and the Prime account will also be cancelled. You don't need companies that treat customers like an open cheque book to be raided at any time.

Once again Amazon are not very helpful. Don't buy anything from this company they don't print your reviews if anything goes wrong
