Very bad service in Egypt . They could be barely reached and since 15 days I didn’t get my money back for returned items. I didn’t even know why they asking about the ID by returning items. It’s not in other countries .

The worst experience ever! Most of the items are not even close to the picture,the quality is very bad of mostly all of the items!

Order cancelled by Amazon's own payment system, no bank decline, no fraud alert, support refused a case reference and couldn't resolve it

Never had an issue myself with a wrong item delivered but as a prime member I accepted next day delivery and they just made 2-day or even 3-day delivery for some items that's clearly marked as Prime.

Worst Amazon service. Bad deliveries, wrong and broken items delivered, and horrible customer care.

I am an Amazon Prime customer and placed a prepaid order (Order #404-8677202-422xxxx) on June 4.

The order was supposed to arrive on June 5, but it never did.

Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times and received different answers every time. First, I was told the order would arrive on June 8. Then I requested cancellation and was told it would be canceled. Later, another representative said it would arrive on June 6. It did not.

A representative named Youssef later called me and assured me that the issue had been resolved and that delivery would take place on June 7. The Amazon app even displayed a delivery window from 6 AM to 8 PM.

On June 7, I contacted customer service again and was told that delivery would be handled by the evening shift. Shortly after the call, the delivery window disappeared and the order status changed again.

My issue is no longer the delay itself. My issue is the repeated misinformation, broken promises, and lack of transparency from Amazon Egypt customer service.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Amazon Egypt? What was the outcome

OK, SO I ORDERED A PRODUCT FOR 310 LE AND IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO ARRIVE. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM. AFTER WAITING A LOT, I GOT THE PRODUCT BROKEN, GLUED, AND IT WAS TOTALLY ANOTHER PRODUCT. AND IT HAD "10 LE" WRITTEN ON IT.
CONCLUSION:
* VERY SLOW
* HUGE SCAM. I LITERALLY GOT SCAMMED FOR 300 LE.

I have been waiting for an order for 3 days. This was allegedly tried to deliver on Wednesday, but without success. But on the website of the delivery service I see that the delivery is not even in transit! For 3 days I have been writing with Amazon's customer service, each time a different statement and lo and behold, the package is still not there today on Friday! they are fooling people and holding the customers. For 3 days I have been waiting at home and had to cancel all my appointments So that I can receive my package. something like this should be displayed urgently!

Recently, i made three orders, one reached me with a different material, the other was a totally wrong order, and the third time, the delivery captain was very unprofessional and the customer service manager was equally unprofessional when i made complaint and he muted the call without giving a reply. The worst experience for buying online

I received delivered message on the application but I didn't receive my order and I was already paid with visa and all the hotlines and amazon support even via email no one responding , so i just need my order or my money back!

What they're doing is a regular scam. They've "misplaced" orders several times, trying to deliver the wrong, and obviously much cheaper, products. Don't buy from Egyptian Amazon, and if you do, open the package before giving the courier the pickup code, because they won't accept returns after giving the code.

طلبنا طقمين حلل جلوري يوم ١٧/٣ وبعدها بأربع ايام وصل طقم واحد ولقينا ان الطقم التاني هيوصل بعدها بأسبوع فكلمنا خدمة العملاء الي هي عباره عن ناس بتكذب عالعملاء ومش بيساعدوا ٤ مكالمات مع أشخاص مختلفين وكلهم اجمعوا ع ان الاوردر هيوصل في الميعاد الجديد وهو يوم السبت وللأسف موصلشً فكررت اكلم حد مسؤل سوبرفيزور اسمها منار وحلها للمشكلة ان احنا نكنسل الاوردر ونستنا الفلوس ونطلبه من تاني على الرغم اني وضحت اني مسافر وان دي هدية مينفعش تتأخر بس للاسف مفيش حد بيقدر يساعد وان شايف انهم للاسف useless وان لو على الرولز دي ممكن يستغنوا عن الموظفين.
ولما قلتلها اني الكردت مفهوش فلوس اني ادفع المبلغ من تاني عشان اطلب نفس الاوردر كان ردها انه الحل الوحيد.
أسوء خدمة مع ان أمازون شركة كبيره بس قريب بسبب الناس دي مش هيكون في أمازون مصر بالتحديد.
ولما سالتها بس مشكلتكم وتعطيلكم ممكن أمازون تقدم اعتذار فبكل وقاحة قلتلي هنقدم لحضرتك ١٥٠ جنية مع ان قيمة الاوردر ٦٥٠٠

I bought a mobile 18th of Mar, and paid extra for fast delivery at 19th, I wait untill 24th not delivered. However I didn't communicate them at all, they refunded me without any request from my side. And I have to wait for 5 days till the money placed back to my account.

So they collect the money, play with it for a while and return it back, making a note that USD increased over EGP by 5% during that time, so take your money and make you loose without any request from the customer.

I was a very long term satisfied customer of Amazon. The first time after I ordered also items of amazon.eg, I made in general with few exceptions good experiences, about the delivery time and quality of the items, but since almost one month seems to be that amazon.eg will get under..
Almost all orders and deliveries, which are not sold directly by amazon.eg, are not matching anymore the description, are totally different and much cheaper as described.
The customer service team of amazon.eg is trying very hard to help and solve your problems, but seems like they are overwhelmed and helpless in this situation.
You need to invest a lot of work and time to receive your refund..

After paying by Visa for any product, if the product doesn't arrive, they investigate and delay it. They might refund your money within 15 days, but sometimes it takes longer. I'm a victim and I have the order numbers for the items the shipping representatives have defrauded me with. The company isn't taking any action against them, and I suspect they're complicit in this scam.

NB. I am a prime since it started!!

Very bad, like disastrous, the last time I ordered two items, one of them was damaged, the other was a different item. Very unprofessional and immature.
