Started ordering from this company recently as they're one of the only stockists of Rituel de Fille and RAAW Alchemy, and the service has been fabulous! Great range, good prices and fast shipping, plus the samples they give are lovely! Excited to order more. 🩵
I was looking for an EU store that sells Rituel de Fille products. I came across Amazingy on a reddit post. Really excellent service and packing! It got shipped really fast too. They even included samples of other Rituel de Fille products, which was really considerate of them.

Petit souci dans mon avant dernière commande. J’ai trouvé le SAV réactif et très aimable. Finalement c’est quand on rencontre un problème qu’on peut réellement juger un site: Amazingy est fiable. C’est un grand bravo pour moi.
Ils répondent en français donc n’hésitez pas à commander même si vous êtes francophone.
Enfin, à ma dernière commande, j’ai mis un petit message demandant deux échantillons de fond de teint d’une marque …car choisir sur base d’une image peut être compliqué. J’ai reçu les échantillons demandés. C’est super sympa. Merci.

Large selection of brands and products. Super speedy delivery, and most of all very kind customer service. Quick reply. One of the products of my first order was damage in the packaging. Immediately, another was sent as replacement. I will definitely order again. BR a customer from Denmark.

Extremely fast delivery, beautiful packaging, very nice and thoughtful costumer service (I really loved the samples I got!). I'll definitely order again in the nearer future.
At first i didn't receive any e-mail confirmation from the company after my purchase and customer service took a while to reply.
However, someone eventually responded and my order got shipped. It was not packaged very well as there was insufficient packaging insulating the lipsticks - a good number of items had melted into the box.
The best thing was the company took responsibility and shipped me replacement lipsticks, so hence the four stars.
It is a learning experience for every one, hopefully.
