We booked a vacation package for a trip starting March 3rd (5 days and 4 nights), and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect at first because of how affordable the promotion was, but everything turned out great.

The booking process was smooth, and we received all the confirmation details right after securing it, which gave us peace of mind. The resort fees were paid separately, but we didn’t have any issues with that either.

The resort itself was beautiful, we stayed at Villa del Palmar Los Cabos, right on the beach. Being all-inclusive made the whole experience super easy. Food, drinks, activities, and entertainment were all included, so we didn’t have to worry about extra expenses during the trip.

The presentation did take a bit longer than expected, but it was straightforward. Once we let them know we weren’t interested and provided a few referrals, they were respectful and let us go without any issues.

Overall, it was an amazing experience for the price we paid. Definitely worth it, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a beach vacation. Just keep in mind there is a timeshare presentation where they’ll try to sell you a membership, but there’s no obligation to buy anything. Other than that, it’s a very accessible and worthwhile option for two people.

If I could give a lower rating I would. They are a scam. Took my money, picked my dates and was told within 24 hours they’d call from reservations to go over everything

They never called. I called and they said they didn’t offer the resort I picked even though it was on the list and got a confirmation of purchase for the dates and resort I picked. They would hang up on me everytime I called so I started callling from my husbands phone. Now they’re doing it to his number. I’m disputing it through Amex

Very untrustworthy! Was sold a vacation package to Villa del Palmar ,Loreto MX. with the assurance that we would qualify for the special offer. After purchasing and making trip reservations, was told that we would not qualify after all and the sales agent and his managers gave us the runaround for over two weeks before eventually agreeing to cancel the purchase and provide full refund!

The whole situation was very stressful!!

I am writing this review because i am shocked on how our experience went and express my concern regarding a vacation certificate I purchased from "Amazing-Mexico.com" on January 6th for a stay at Villa del Palmar Loreto (May 11–16).
I specifically informed the salesperson, Jose Arellano, (+523314476091) that I had already attended two presentations with Villa del Palmar in the past.
I even provided screenshots of my previous stay history to ensure eligibility. After purportedly consulting with his supervisor, Santiago, Jose assured me multiple times in writing, that because this certificates was through a different agency, I was eligible to proceed. Based on these explicit assurances, plus the verbal communications via phone with Jose, I purchased the voucher and non-refundable airfare, as confirmed by him.
Well, after 3 weeks of not returned calls and texts, his manager, Fernando Melgar 8668830573 ext. 3024, called me and said he couldn't do anything, and technically drop us like eggs...
They didn't even try, and push sales like CRAZY!
