Have bought a few set ups over the last 5 years. Latest was a UV printing machine. Bought 2 years ago no issues. Yesterday laptop we used to manage the printer just died. Had issues connecting new laptop to printer. Adam quickly responded, logged on externally and got us back up and printing within an hour of us emailing. Never had an issue with sales or after service care. Always buy our ink and paper here. Next day delivery everytime.

Bought a printer from Amaya Sales UK, and their after-service is absolutely terrible. Once they have your money, don't expect any real support. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and not worth the hassle. There are far better places to buy printers that actually care about their customers. Stay away!

I am disappointed with the customer service and after-service experience I received from Amaya. The level of support provided was not up to my expectations. The response was slow, and the issues I raised were not fully addressed. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the after-service assistance was inadequate.
