The service was fantastic. Our guide Zoran was informative and engaging. We celebrated our 40th anniversary and they presented us with a cake and champagne. The staff were friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Always Croatia.

The Croatia trip was truly AMAZING and far exceeded our expectations. Everything about the experience was fantastic – the cruise, the hotels (Hotel More, Hotel Forza Mare), the drivers, our tour guides, Zoran (our cruise director), and crew….all top notch! We loved the pace of the itinerary, the swim stops for relaxation, and the ports of call. We liked having the mix of dinners on board with dinners on our own. And also loved dinner with the Croatian family, that was one of our favorite activities. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Only issue we had was a slight delay in getting our itinerary but Sarah Diaz, who is excellent to work with, took care of the issue pretty quickly. We would definitely book with Always Croatia again.

We did the 8 day cruise from Split to Dubrovnik July 12th -19th. EVERYTHING about this trip was fantastic aboard the MS Premier. Our director Lejla was absolutely fantastic. From her education and knowledge of the area to taking great care to keep us entertained and comfortable were exceptional. Vesna our bartender.. Fantastic. What the folks in the kitchen were able to put out from an area the size of a bathroom was amazing. ALL the crew worked hard to keep things seamless. The cabins were clean and extremely comfortable. Hot water showers with plenty of pressure. The scenery and the towns were fantastic with plenty of outside excursions to the best this beautiful country has to offer. Anyone could go on about this country but this is a review about Always Croatia. Anyone looking to explore this beautiful country, this the way to do it. If you are looking for the right group, boat, outfit… stop now and book. You’ve found it!

This is not a review about Croatia itself, because I don’t think that would be useful. I mean if you’re reading this, chances are you already know enough about the spectacular country to want to visit. The question then becomes which company do you want to place your trust in to deliver an experience that will live up to your expectations. Thinking about Always Croatia? Well, stop thinking. Book before somebody else grabs your cabin. Really. As a seasoned traveler with my own travel business, I do a lot of research and comparison. Always Croatia stood out right from the start. The itinerary, the ship, the amenities all appeared stellar (and were!) but the people behind the company are what sold me. They aren’t just interested in getting you there; anyone can do that. What immediately impressed me was the way employees spoke about the company with obvious knowledge, pride and enthusiasm; Always Croatia is run by Croatian-Americans who clearly know and love their heritage. They genuinely want to provide outstanding, memorable services tailored to client preferences. They more than did that for me. Not surprisingly, the employees on board were professional, friendly, fun, and appeared to love what they were doing. Laila, without question, has to be one of the finest tour directors in the business. Yes, Croatia is a magnificent place to visit. Visiting it with Always Croatia made it absolutely phenomenal.

Our time in Croatia aboard the MS San Antonio was absolutely magical — the perfect introduction to the country’s vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and welcoming people. The breath taking scenery left a lasting impression, and we learnt so much from the brilliant guides. The crew couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating, and every meal was a delight. It truly was a trip we’ll treasure forever.

Really nice-sized boat with only 35 passengers. Small enough that we got to know everyone and enabled us to anchor in towns and locations that the massive cruise ships can’t go to. This way, we avoided stops with thousands of tourists. (Other than Dubrovnik) Very well organized, with friendly staff, guides and crew. These types of small boat cruises are an excellent way to see the islands of Croatia. Otherwise, we would have been taking ferry after ferry and checking in and out of one hotel after the other. Recommend highly!

We had a wonderful experience with Always Croatia on the San Antonio ship. The crew and our guide were all lovely and lots of fun, as were the tour guides at various stops. The whole experience was very well organized. There were several unique outings that were special experiences (cooking with a warm and welcoming village family, biking around the Mljet park/lake, a farm-to-table dining experience in a lavender field). Being on a small ship was great, nothing like a humongous cruise, as it was an intimate experience where you get to know everyone (approx 30-35) and the best was that most stops were in small ports where the massive cruise ships couldn't dock. There are daily swim stops in calm, clear water inlets and plenty of relaxing downtime to read and sun though plenty of shade on boat too. The rooms aren't that big but but was worth it having a small ship like a yacht. I probably would have preferred lighter lunches than 3 courses but the meals were excellent. We much preferred the smaller port stops like Hvar, Korchula, Makorska, Brac Sibenik, than the big ones like Split and Dubrovnik which were very crowded with cruise people. I would have liked more time in the villages and less daily time swimming but the itinerary needs to please many types of vacationers. Would highly recommend the experience.

Young and "senior" our entire family (13 of us) loved every moment experiencing the kindness, expertrise, attention to detail, knowledge and professiomnalism of the entire staff- - - Captain, crew, food service, and especially the tour director. Land and Sea adventures were all special. Chrisrty and her staff made it easy and enjoyable to book the trip.

This was like being one some billionaire's private yacht; not at all like a cruise. The only thing I would change would be the three course lunch every day; way too much delicious food for my waistline!

We were searching for a trip to Croatia after some friends raved about their land trip. Since my husband and I both love boats and being on the water, we were very lucky to find Always Croatia. We chose one of their land and Cruise tours. Dubrovnik to Split, then Plitvice Lakes and Zagreb. Sarah could not have been more helpful. She helped us add extra nights and activities on either end of our trip. The hotels they selected for us were wonderful. All transfesr, bus rides and tour guides were pleasant and professional. The yacht, PREMIERE we stayed on for 7 days was fantastic. We had 36 passengers in our group and what a fun way to travel. We've done large cruise ships and a viking longship and this was by far our favorite. We got to know everyone and the crew of 9 was great. Especially our tour director Ivan. He was so helpful, interesting, funny and knew so much about Croatian history. The trip was the perfect mix of swimming/sun time, lovely meals, exploring the islands/walking tours, well planned excursions and free time. No early wake up times and free time most evenings. The country is absolutely gorgeous with teal waters, mountains and islands. Thank you to Sarah and Christy the owner. We even got to meet her and her parents at the local Croatia dinner party. We did this trip with 5 other Mom/Daughter (just graduated college) duos. It was the absolute best time. We got to meet so many amazing people on the trip as well. The girls had several “Grammies & Grandpas” looking out for them. Both the history and tours of the islands were great. Vis was a the only one lacking in what the other islands had to offer in my opinion. The cruise director Djuka was amazing. My daughter got a rash and we were taken to the hospital and helped thru the entire process with him right by our side! One night the girls wanted to do karaoke and he borrowed a machine from a sister ship so they could and just about everyone on the ship joined in! It was the perfect combination of eat breakfast, swim, eat lunch then explore a new island every day. There was time to really get to know other people on board and check out each island. The dinner at the family farm was such a wholesome and engaging experience. That gave us a true sense of the Croatian life. The food was different every day which gave us an opportunity to try new and native dishes. The desserts were delicious. Overall I’d take this cruise again! Croatia is an incredible place to visit and there is so much to see and do on most islands. Always Croatia did a wonderful job making this a memorable experience.

Christy at Always Croatia thoroughly helped us plan the land tour and sea adventure from Zagreb to Dubrovnik. Everything went as planned and on time with friendly informative and interesting local drivers, tour guides and crew staff. Hotels were fabulous. We highly recommend Taste Zagreb walking tour with Karmela. Plitvice Lakes and National Park Krka waterfalls were absolutely gorgeous. The Croatian culture was truly felt at the home of a local prosciutto maker with excellent dinner and music. Christy was very informative before our trip and always answering our questions in a timely manner. All details were given prior to our trip and well organized. Our balcony cabin on the MV premier was very spacious and clean.Enjoyed the swim stops in the bluest of blue crystal clear waters using the ships SUP and noodles. They served excellent food with many local dishes.We would highly recommend Always Croatia.

We booked a Croatia cruise and additional tours, all arranged by Sarah at Always Croatia. Our cruise from Split to Dubrovnik was beautiful with a wonderful staff that was eager to help in any way they could. Our balcony room was comfortable, and the food was great. Our cruise director, Djuka, was amazing, had a great personality, and helped with any questions we had. We had arranged tours before and after the cruise also arranged by Sarah, spanning the entire country. From the transfers, to the tour guides who were all incredible, to the special activities that were planned, the hotels they chose, everything was great. The trip went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything. We also had day trips to Slovenia and Montenegro, which I would highly recommend. We loved this trip and would highly recommend Always Croatia for their knowledge of the countries, and making everything outstanding!

It was our first time working with Always Croatia and they exceeded our expectations at every step. As a traveler who has experienced everything from large ocean cruises, small group tours to fully independent adventures, I can confidently say that Always Croatia exceeded every expectation. Traveling with a group of six family members ranging in age and interests is no easy task — but Christy and Sarah handled it well.
From the start, they took the time to understand the unique dynamic of our group. They asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and crafted an itinerary that struck the perfect balance of activity, relaxation, culture, and culinary delight. The main portion of the trip was a 7-day cruise aboard the Premier from Split to Dubrovnik, and the ship itself was a standout — modern, comfortable, with spacious rooms (by ship standards), fantastic local cuisine, and a staff that made us feel truly welcome.
Our cruise director, Djuka, was exceptional. He was fun, engaging, and most importantly, a clear communicator who kept everyone informed and at ease. His insights and humor added to the experience.
What really made this trip shine, though, were the curated experiences that Always Croatia layered in. From exploring historic towns, truffle hunting, oyster farming, and enjoying the local wine scene, every day offered something new and authentic. A highlight was an evening hosted by a local farm family, where we were treated to a farm-to-table meal, flowing wine, and live folk music — an unforgettable night.
After the cruise, Christy and Sarah organized a driver and local guide that took us through the stunning coastal region from Dubrovnik into Montenegro. The logistics were flawless, and again, the pace was tailored to suit our group — enriching without ever feeling rushed.
Croatia itself is breathtaking — incredibly clean, safe, and full of warm, welcoming people. But it was Always Croatia that turned this into one of the most memorable trips I've taken. Their thoughtful planning, deep local connections, and personal touches made all the difference.
Highly recommend Always Croatia for anyone looking to experience Croatia with experiences that you can not create on your own. We’ll be traveling with them again.

Our entire experience with Always Croatia was truly exceptional. From the initial planning stages onward everyone was so friendly and patient with our many questions. My husband and I booked the 7 Day cruise from Dubrovnik to Split on the MS Premier. The boat is absolutely lovely, and the staff are all tremendous people who work very hard to make the trip even more special. Our director Ivan, along with all of the local guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly. We LOVED all the locations we stopped along the cruise. The food on the ship was amazing and plentiful. Every stop seemed even more special than the previous one. I wish I could tell you we had a favorite spot, but it’s totally impossible. I’ve had Croatia on my bucket list for awhile now. My husband and I went from 5/29 to 6/6 with Always Croatia. We had a FABULOUS time! Every hotel, every guided tour, every eating experience was so perfect. We enjoyed all of our drivers and all of our guides too. Each step of the way, we were delighted! Thanks so much to Christy and her team for planning such a wonderful Croatian experience for us and for supporting us so well before and while we were there.

We were impressed with every aspect of the trip, from the quick response to every question sent prior to the trip, the beautiful boat, extremely friendly staff and excursions, it was a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend Always Croatia!!
