Problem activating Office 2016 for Mac
I bought a 2016 version of Microsoft Office for Mac, but, for some reason, I couldn't activate it. After many attempts, I was finally able to do it. Kevin guided me and was very patient. The customer service is fast and easy (you can talk by chat). I truly recommend it. If you are less patient I highly recommend paying more for a more recent version of Office.

Too much of a hassle to find and then download your file to my computer. Too complicated.
The package was anly a basic security package, with the normal functioinality needed to be purchased as an extra.
Poor value for money.

I purchased a windows 11 pro licence…
I purchased a windows 11 pro licence key from Always software, and the key that I received would not activate, so I used the online chat and communicated with Kevin, and after providing him with a couple of screenshots of the output of several commands, he sent me a new key and it was instantly activated.
