What I bought was nothing like the picture. Avoid avoid

Scam company
They sent me two abayas one of them without label which is used! And when I asked for return they told me pay by yourself the return fees and the clothes should be with label tag !! While they sent them without label tag to force me to not return them! Good manipulation. They stated will deduct the amount of refund!! So told them why !! No answer given. And they said refund may take 3 months!!! Seriously. I contacted my bank for investigation. Do not buy from them

It’s a complete scam I bought from them 2 years ago and my stuff has still not came

I made an order since 5th February and has since not received items. No reply to emails, nothing. Thus us a scam company. Avoid ordering from them.

I bought a wig on the 23 Feb 2023 and I did not receive it and when I wrote them on the 29 march they said they will give me a refund ,I since(now being 26 April) heard nothing from them no refund emails are being ignored,I'm almost thinking this is a scam,very disappointed

Sincerely it is the second the 3rd time i place an order at alvina moda and i am always very satisfy i receive maximum my command in ten days and it is deliver at my home in montreal canada and since i start buying clothes from turkey they are the most professional with very good material and when i place an order and then the item was not available they said to me that i can choose another with the same price and when i did it i receive all my command as seen in the website before i know alvina i was taking clothes with others shop in turkey and i can say that they respect the delivery time and the command with more value material since i know them i choose them for my wardrobe for all occasion thank you

Je vous déconseille ce site c'est des voleurs, Je vous raconte mon expérience personnel avec alvinaonline, étant une femme voilée j’ai commandé des vêtements d’une valeur de 300 euro, les vêtements arrivent tous tachés et dans un état vraiment dégoûté… j’ai contacté le service client qu’il ont contacté leur livreur… aujourd’hui me disent qu’il peuvent rien faire pour moi et que c’est de ma faute d’accepter un colis abîmé!!! Alors que le colis était tout scotché mais la marchandise est tachés à l’intérieur

I placed an order on the fifth of February. It is now the 11th and I found out that 75% of the order was not in stock. Poor service. I made a request to reverse the debit and credit my account. I also informed I would call my bank to file a dispute.

They sent me the wrong items and refused to take responsibility. I will not buy from them again.

Wish that I could give no stars when reviewing my experience with Alvinaonline.com. 100% of the time if you order anything , you will receive a mail saying than more than 50% of the order value they can’t deliver because it’s damaged. Have to find an exactly same replacement value product cannot be less than the value and the quantity had to be the same as well. If you can’t find any replacement they say they will refund the money. And when they do , you will always find $8-$10 less value in your bank cause of transaction and foreign exchange fee. If you are lucky, managed to get something with exact value , there is nasty surprise st delivery time. when it comes to deliver the product, you end up paying additional amount as a they call it duty charge. Where in their website nothing mentions such things. In conclusion, why I shared this experience is because I don’t want other people to go through the same hassle as I went through.

je souhaite partager avec les lecteurs mon expérience avec Alvina, cela fait plus de cinq ans que j'achète sur leur site, la qualité et le style de leur prêt à porter sont exceptionnels et excellents , les livraisons se passaient très bien avec DHL, malheureusement il y a environ un mois , Alvina a cessé son contrat avec DHL et envois ses colis désormais avec UPS, et c'est là le problème, ces derniers vous taxent à la livraison de frais de transport supplémentaires !!!!, ce que je reproche à Alvina c'est leur refus de régler le problème, et d'ignorer mes emails, et lorsque ils m'ont répondu, ils m'ont dit que ce sont les frais de douanes et me demandent de les payer, alors que j'ai la preuve formelle qu'il s'agit de frais de livraison supplémentaires facturés par UPS !!!. Alvina refuse de l'admettre !! C'est pour cela que je vous conseille de faire attention lorsque vous achetez sur leur site .

I want to share with readers my experience with Alvina, it's been more than five years that I buy on their site, the quality and style of their ready-to-wear are exceptional and excellent, the deliveries went very well with DHL, unfortunately about a month ago, Alvina ceased its contract with DHL and now sends parcels with UPS, and that's the problem, they charge you for the delivery of additional shipping costs !!!!, which I Alvina's reproach is their refusal to fix the problem, and ignore my emails, and when they replied, they told me that these are the customs fees and ask me to pay them, while I have formal proof that these are additional shipping charges billed by UPS !!! Alvina refuses to admit it !! That's why I do recommend To be carreful when you buy at Alvina !!!

Alvina online is women’s clothing brand to be honest Products are amazing, my problem as usual was customer service when they send a deficited item and refused to take responsibility for it they want me to return it on my own which is crazy because they never give a discount and charge me for shipping and changing currency and paying shipping form USA coasts to much, beside the way they answer me is so so rude never baying again.👎🏻
