Fantastic perfume in a diffuser which truly mattress the fragrance of black opium which I ordered I can be confident that all other fragrances will be as good the delivery was quick and I shall be ordering many more items from Aluxury

As a first time customer I purchased 3 of their essential oils, one of which called “Dark Engima.” On their website both the bottle and description of this had “tobacco, honey, sandalwood and amber.” When I recieved the oil, it was labelled as Dark Enigma but with “nutmeg, spice, orange, patchouli, lily, musk and amber”, which coincidentally were the exact notes for one of their other oil mixes on their website. It smells like the a floral, Christmas scent rather than the tobacco, honey, sandalwood and amber. I’ve reached out to them 4 times (once on social media) to clarify if this is the correct oil, or whether there has been a labelling mix up, or whether they’ve changed their recipe. It’s been around 5 months now and they still haven’t got back to me. I checked before writing this, it appears the oil that coincidentally had the same notes has disappeared from their website, but ‘dark enigma’ is still there. I would like clarification because the oil turned up with a different label and scent than advertised.

The device is not very good. It’s quite loud, loud enough to be heard from across the room over the tv. I have used with their own oil and another reputable brand, and both don’t seem fill the room with fragrance. Overall very disappointing.

These units are the best ,full of features and very nice oils ,would highly recommend

Original diffuser was not working properly when arrived contacted company who kindly and diligently sent out replacement diffuser when back in stock I also ordered spare for myself also

Lovely fast delivery. I ordered 3 essential oils (Vanilla, Agarwood and Jasmine) and every one of them had a lovely strong scent. I am especially pleased with the Agarwood and Vanilla!
I was sent a small size of of Vanilla Essential Oil instead of the 100ml one by mistake. When I contacted Aluxury about this, they very swiftly arranged for the correct item to be sent to me and kindly let me keep the one they had already sent to me! Very happy with my shopping experience. Recommend!

The Nebula diffuser is definitely worth far more than the five stars I can give it on here.
The unit itself is very smart and understated and would look good in any room, whatever the decor. It is simple to operate after watching the explanatory video and is virtually silent. The best part is the wonderful fragrance choices which last for ages. The clever design means you can use it in a car's cup holder and enjoy the scent when driving too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Nebula - I have just bought one each for our three daughters!

Perfect gift (nebuliser) for a mother-to-be. A safe way to add fragrance to your home when the sense of smell is heightened. Looks stylish and minimalist, and blends easily into the environment. The oil lasts longer than expected.

I’m so pleased that Aluxury sell these spare cartridges. I leave them in my bottles to make changing over fragrance so much easier. I plan on buying more when they are back in stock. I now own 2 of their diffusers and lots of their fragrances.
