We recently installed an AlunoTec pergola with motorized aluminum louvers, motorized screens, and integrated LED lights, and it has completely transformed our backyard. The team, particularly Ivan and Scott, were fantastic to work with and they continue to support us with programming questions even after the project was completed and paid for.

The pergola itself is stunning. It feels like we’ve turned our backyard into a year-round resort. Because each bay of louvers and each screen can be controlled independently, everyone in our family can enjoy it, whether that’s full sun, complete shade, or something in between. Those of us with fair skin finally enjoy sitting outside just as much as the sun-seekers!! We stay dry when it rains, cool when it’s hot, and the integrated LED lighting creates the perfect atmosphere at night.

The quality and fit are exceptional. Our system was custom-sized to our space, and the team even adjusted the blade height to work around our roof overhang. Every detail feels solid and well-thought-out, including the instructions, which were clear and easy to follow.

This pergola has exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful, practical, and has elevated how we enjoy our backyard. I highly recommend both the product and the people behind it.

The Pergola when delivered have been in wood pallets packed so well no damage Has been made during shipping. All the Pergola had lights, heaters, fans, and shades, which all have worked very well. I ordered a custom motorized louvered pergola from AlunoTec, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Leebit, my sales rep, guided me through everything—material selection, custom dimensions, design renderings, and even final installation diagrams. Communication was always clear, and she quickly resolved the one small color mismatch during production. It’s clear that a skilled team of designers, engineers, and customer support staff worked behind the scenes to make the whole process seamless.

Production took about a month, with regular updates, photos, and videos of the finished product. Shipping to the U.S. took another month, and when it arrived, I was impressed by how carefully it was packaged. The pergola was shipped in three long wooden crates (about 20 feet each), and every piece was perfectly packed—no scratches or damage at all. The material quality was outstanding and the detailed instructions made assembly straightforward.

Assembly required a few people due to the heavy beams, but the design made it simple to put together. Any installation questions I had were answered right away, and when one electrical module didn’t work, a free replacement was shipped immediately.

Now that it’s installed, the pergola has completely transformed my outdoor space. It’s sleek, solid, and loaded with features—remote and app control, lights, heaters, fans, motorized blinds, and even a rain sensor that automatically closes the louvers when it rains. Friends and family are amazed by the quality, and I use the space almost every day.

Communication with the company was excellent. The product arrived on time and in great condition. Pricewise, it’s unmatched compared to European and Turkish alternatives I researched. A friend of mine owns an Italian louver pergola of roughly the same size, for which he paid at least four times more. In terms of quality, I’d say they are on par—maybe even the same manufacturer, with the Italian company simply re-selling it.

I purchased my Pergala back during Covid after doing months of research. I was very skeptical considering my purchase was gonna be from overseas with zero recourse if there was an issue. The process was made very simple every time I asked for something I got it whether it be a catch drawing or an answer to a question regarding electrical. this was all during a time where cargo ships were being held up, which made it a little bit more stressful. Not be able to touch feel or see the product made it a little bit difficult but in the end, I end up purchasing it, and it was probably the best thing I ever did. The quality was superior everything about it was great if there was an issue which really happened they would send me a replacement part. I’m actually kind of sad that I recently sold my house and that’s the number one thing that I’m going to miss I would never think twice about buying from them again and I actually might for my new house if you’re on the bubble just do it.
