Im not sure what to make of this review. We do not have a payout system, we only provide signals, we dont hold your funds nor do we payout into your funds.
As for the signals, we have our results clear on our website found here: altsignals.io/results, and as shown, our signals are not bad.
You mention everything is well, the payout system continues to perform reliably (which we dont have), our investing with the coins you mentioned (which we have not done) feels organised and thoughtfully guided, though then 1 star, and have put a bunch of hashtags on words, which looks like you are trying to advertise coins you are a part of.
Id like to learn more so please do speak to me on telegram, my handle is in the VIP channels you claim to be part of.

I vetted many different Crypto signal providers and even tried a few out for a short trial before landing with AltSignals. I could not be more impressed, not only with the ACAI signals which are absolute Fire, but also the customer service. As someone who just ventured into Altcoin Futures trading, they were helpful along the way with my many questions. Our token is at a lower price then when it was launched, that is true. We have run a token listing and also marketing for the token specifically as well as for the brand, we do so every month.
We have also completed what we set out to do, which is to build an AI trading bot, which has very good results and which we keep updating.
We put a lot of time and effort in pushing marketing towards the token, though we are a smaller team, and simply put, do not have the 20-30 million euro to put into marketing like others do. And in todays world, the loudest gets the most traffic.
Having said that, we do work continuously on both the product and the marketing for it. We have shown we are not a rug pull token, and we have also delivered what was in our whitepaper roadmap. We have completed the token listing and we market the token as much as we feasibly could.
I understand your frustration, though we also gave lifetime memberships for a 400eur purchase of the token, so you also have that value from the token, which ill be happy to give you also if you dont have it already. If so, please do contact us.

Unrealistic results compared to real trading performance
I purchased the Binance Futures signals from AltSignals. After one month, I ended up with a loss, while their website showed profits for the same period. I followed the signals exactly as provided. Based on my experience, the published results don’t reflect real trading performance. Transparency and verified trade tracking would be appreciated.

However, if correct parameter configuration is so critical to achieving realistic results, then there should be a clear and detailed setup guide — not just a “set auto follow” button where users assume the default settings are correct. Most users expect that following the official channel or automation option reflects your intended configuration. Transparent documentation and default settings aligned with your published results would help avoid such discrepancies.

Hi. Thank you for messaging us. I would like to understand more about what happened. There are a number of areas which might have affected your performance. For example are you using automated trading? We dont provide automated trading out of the box but we know people use services like cornix to automate the signals.
If you are using automation on a third party service like cornix, you need to make sure your configuration on cornix is done properly. Cornix is not our system, though for example we know other customers have faced these performance problems when for example:
- Not setting take profit percentages on the TP1,2,3,4 accordingly. We have had people leave the 25% on each one which is the standard which comes with cornix. These leads to losses
- Another area could be your trailing stop loss which we use, which automatically moves your Stop Loss to Entry on TP1 hit, TP1 on TP2 hit and so forth, which will also affect your performance.
As mentioned, we do not own the automation software, but i encourage you to message me on telegram on @INC489, and if you would like we could have a look at your configuration together.

Conflicting Signals, Poor Value
I used AltSignals’ crypto futures trading signals for a couple of weeks and found their approach inconsistent. They often issued both long and short signals for the same trading pair simultaneously — for example, sending a short signal while a long position was still active. This makes it unclear how traders are expected to profit while holding opposing positions on the same pair.
Additionally, I discovered that the same signals provided by AltSignals appear to be available through their robot on Cornix.io platform, which raises concerns about the value of their signal service. Overall, I would not recommend AltSignals based on this experience.

Häufig werden Trades erst dann gesetzt, wenn sich der Markt bereits stark bewegt hat – in den wirklich dynamischen Phasen passiert dagegen oft gar nichts. Dadurch bleiben viele Chancen ungenutzt.
Zudem wird überdurchschnittlich oft auf eher exotische Forex-Paare gesetzt, was die Volatilität erhöht und die Trefferquote spürbar drückt. Auch der Umgangston in den Gruppen ist schwierig: Konstruktive Kritik oder sachliche Fragen führen schnell dazu, dass man entfernt wird.
Wenn man den recht hohen Preis bedenkt, stimmt das Verhältnis zwischen Kosten und Leistung schlicht nicht. Es gibt etliche Anbieter mit transparenterem Umgang, soliderer Performance und deutlich besserem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Kosten mögen Einsteiger zwar skeptisch stimmen, jedoch hat man nach einem Trade (je nach Einsatz) die Gebühr für die lebenslange Mitgliedschaft bereits wieder raus.

By far the worst signals I’ve ever seen. I subscribed exactly 11 days ago through the official website and have already canceled access to Cornix. They provide both automated and manual signals at the same time, and when they realize things are not going the way they want, they cancel the signal remotely. Wrong leverages with DCAs close to the liquidation margin because they work with isolated margin. And before the company claims it’s not them but someone impersonating them, know that I purchased directly from the website. In this short time, they burned 70% of my portfolio with terrible signals. Terrible and dishonest. I do not recommend them.

If you purchased from our site then its definitely us. the impersonation stems when clients say that we asked for money to fund your portfolio which we dont do as we dont hold any client money or funds, we simply provide trading analsysis information. As you can see with the other comments where we claimed its impersonation its always because the customer was told to transfer portfolio funds to the people impersonating us.
Regarding the loss of 70% of your portfolio, we do not provide auto trading out of the box, so i suspect you are using a third party system to read our analysis and perform the trades for you. Not knowing which system you used makes it difficult for us to ascertain what happened. Some third party systems might miss trades, not run automation correctly, etc. Over and above this, it very much depends on the strategy you have utilised within this third party system. If you have setup a very high risk trading strategy, then with high risk there is the possibility of such losses, though again this sits within the third party automation system and the strategy you have implemented.
We make sure that our market analysis is up to date and in real-time and have our teams working very hard to make sure of it. How this information was used and on which third party system is not something we can really control unfortunately.
Having said that, I urge you to please speak to me on telegram on the handle @INC489. Although we cannot and won't tell you how to trade, I would be more than happy to have a retrospective look at your trading history and highlight what went wrong purely from an educational standpoint so in future the same mistake won't be repeated, as this is not something which usually happens.

The customer service team is genuinely responsive and helpful. Whenever I’ve encountered difficulties or had questions about their signals, they’ve always responded promptly and worked to resolve any issues. Their support goes beyond just technical help - they also provide educational guidance which I’ve found valuable as a trader.
Signal Performance:
The signals themselves are generally good quality, but here’s what I’ve learned from experience: I strongly advise turning off the signals when the market is ranging or moving sideways. During these choppy conditions, the signals can go the opposite direction and result in losses. However, when the market is in a clear trending phase (either up or down), the signals perform exceptionally well and have been quite profitable for me.
