I bought a Minecraft account and the account was hacked. The email for the account was replaced and I cannot sign back in. I cannot contact support as their discord link does not work.

Three of my alts were reclaimed and the discord server is gone. I tried adding greatalts on discord but they aren't accepting friend requests. Today their website broke and has client errors. Please fix this and allow me to add you again to sort this out and I will update this to a 5 star.

Vendor stole my Minecraft account.

I purchased a copy of Minecraft to have a second account on some server twice. It worked fine for a couple days, then somehow the account was reclaimed. Likely through the "this wasnt me" trick or whatever. I'm glad I paid through 1-way debit card and it was just 11 bucks. I will try charging back since there is nobody to reach out to because the Discord invite link is invalid. I came to this shop because it was recommened to me by someone who had a good experience, but I cannot confirm it. Don't buy here. I gotta do even more research on what is going on with these fake shops. Always do your risk management! Use 1-way debit cards (or crypto but its not refundable as easily), don't spend too much.

These guys had absolutely amazing customer service, my problem got replied to and fixed within the first two minutes. These guys are absolute legends and they're perfectly safe to buy from, and won't scam you. if anyone's reading this and your considering buying an account, get it off of these guys.

bought 2 accounts, recieved 1 that I cant even log on (because of email still being on it) and have had a ticket open for more than 44h with no response and the owner did respond after 12h and said that he will not help because of my excessive mentions (i expected instant delivery so i'm in the right to mention him) plus I paid for 2 and got none. I'm a customer of over 250$ paid here, used to be reliable now its shit. Happy to share screenshots of the experience.
