New I am a Veteran and on Disability
New I am a Veteran and on Disability, having been living here for over 6 years. I've always paid my rent on time, never caused any trouble in anyway. Today I get an email saying that they will no longer work with my benefit that I get through Disability and are threatening to evict me. Yet on their Facebook page they have a big post about how they "Honor their Veteran Heroes", yet they are threatening to kick me out because they are too greedy to honor my entitled benefit. I don't want to see some "sorry" reply in the comments because you know what you are doing is absolutely wrong and illegal and there are no two ways about it. All they care about is money and they are willing to bully people out because they don't want to honor disability benefits.

Altmanco.com an apartment management company
Altmanco.com seems to be a rather large management company for apartments specifically it seems in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A dear friend of mine has been trying to rent an apartment with them at a 55+ community, 222 Park Place in Warminster, PA. The lack of responsiveness is staggering. It has caused my dear friend an enormous amount of stress and I have been trying to assist her in navigating how to get their attention, including sending messages through Facebook and Instagram to Altman since there is so little way to actually make contact. While in an ideal world, finding another apartment would be the way to go, my friend has now run out of time. She is very concerned about what it will be like to live in this community, but as I've said - she is now out of time due to their unresponsiveness. One more thing that indicates their lack of 'something' that isn't quite right - is kind of funny, but not... the outgoing message when you call the ONLY phone number listed anywhere has had the same outgoing message for months! It states that the 'boiler is broken and that heat should be turned back on by 10am...' Really? Is this any way to conduct business, Altman?
