I selected a server and paid $15 for it. The money was charged.
However, my account dashboard then started demanding that I submit identification documents—even though nothing had been said about this previously (not even in the user agreement).
I opened a support ticket, but I received no response for three days. I tried contacting support via chat; after waiting an hour, I was told I needed to submit documents, and then they stopped responding altogether.
I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, but there has been no reply to that either.
It looks like a scam. They aren't refunding the money, and the service isn't working. I think I'll try to get a refund through my bank.

There was a issue with the identification when I ordered the first VDS, the verification service didn't accept drivers license, but support fixed it the day after and I could verify then.
Service works as intended and I never leave my new VDS. 😃
Writing this after just got asked to post after I renewed the service.
