I have been using this site for 4+ years. In that amount of time & product you are bound to get a couple duds or accidently sent the wrong thing. The thing with this company is I have never had anything worse then a pleasent experience. Any problem I had there was quickly responced to from them. I either got credit on my card or store credit. Great customer service. They show to be more about customer care than profit. I had an online order of 10 pods in the wrong flavor(my fault). I sent them back for a refund(They allowed with no issue) but lost the tracking number and they were lost (Stolen by mail service) in the mail. I explained what happend and with no real proof they sent me a full replaced order of the correct flavor. Safe place to spend you money online!!!

You CAN’T beat the prices, plus they offer a very economical shipping rate if you don’t spend 100 dollars… but believe me, you will want to. They have lightning fast shipping as well.
