Repeat happy customer
Placed another order with Alt Brewing recently for some replacement Bialetti seals because everything always arrives so quickly, and the seals were just the right size for my two stovetops that I bought in Italy ages ago. I was unsure exactly what product I needed, but there was enough information on their website to assist in selecting the right size. Happy customer:)

I find the product selection on this company’s website to be very good. The reviews are helpful, and their customer service, when required, is exceptional. I had an issue with an item that I purchased and they were quick to get back to me and provide a solution. Their delivery is timely too. Highly recommend

Great online store for coffee making products
This web store has a huge range of barista and coffee products. There have good review and information about their products which are priced competitively. I recently ordered a Varia VST grinder and some accessories. These all arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The items I ordered came quickly and are if great quality and made a great cup of coffee with them. It’s a lovely asset to my suitcase. I spend alot of time nursing in very remote communities far away from a decent coffee. I have been using coffee bags but this is so much better. Highly recommend.

Scammers … HEALTH HAZARD defective products and have…
Scammers … defective products and have taken their telephone down. A sign to shop elsewhere.
I don’t think these guys know customer service. Fluffy words but do nothing about the problem.
Frothed was cheap steel that rusted and didn’t work properly and so they said send it in, 3 mnths later they I get an email and they said they can’t find the fault and sending it back. Scammers have even take there phone number down. Too many complaints I bet….
Further to my initial complain and your weak acknowledgment of this defect. Any rust that is removed particulalry of a bonded type metal as this is loses its integrity and becomes porous releasing toxins into one’s system.
I certainly hope this product is removed from the marketplace earlier rather than later.
This is a Health. hazard

The goods were never delivered
The goods were never delivered. After a 6 week wait, I've given up and will get a refund.
First it was the delay in confirming the order (2 weeks - only contact me after being asked) at which point the goods were now on back order (which was not indicated on the website)
Then the delays on receiving the order into stock (another 2 weeks).
Then the delays in confirming shipping.
Then came Aramex. Who refuse to deliver to, or leave a parcel at a staffed building with multiple secure entrances, safe delivery points, and that is the entire block with a single address, clearly marked numbers visible from the street, and the name in 10 foot high illuminated signage on both sides... let alone contact the receiver, and who can not be contacted in any way. They have now held the parcel for 2 weeks, and they have the gall to demand additional payment for further delivery "attempts".
This place is a scam, or at the very least do not care whether the customer actually receives their order.

Thank you for your feedback, Ev and we are sorry for any frustration caused by the delay in receiving your order. We truly appreciate your patience during this peak Christmas Season! Unfortunately, since your order included some preorder items, we can only send them out once they arrive to us. We're really sorry for any hassle this might have caused.
In reference to the courier service, we acknowledge your concerns and are committed to enhancing our delivery choices. Additionally, we suggest specifying a building or office number along with the street number, especially in cases where the street number is multiple units and offices within a building.
Thanks again for your feedback, we're committed to making things right. If there's anything we can do to regain your trust, please let us know.
