Very slow to ship AND sent wrong item
Very slow to ship, days AFTER providing the tracking number, and sent me the wrong product on top of that. Not worth the trouble to try and get it fixed, especially with as slow as they do things. But I'll certainly never be back.

You just can't beat Al's
I have ordered from Al's through Amazon, Ebay, and Al's website. You just can't beat them on price and speed of shipping. I had one issue with the wrong item being shipped and they had the correct item on my porch before many companies would have any item here.

Spent over $2000 on a high end tool from Al's Taping. Parts were missing. Sent an email to the company and they have yet to respond. I will change this review if they send me the missing parts.

The part that I ordered put it in the box tape tech blades are too short. and I also talk to a gentleman there. I needed a receipt so I could give it to my company so they could pay me back and he never replied so this is why I only gave you one star.
