Hi Alice
This is the first we have heard of it. We don’t know where your emails have gone as we have not received any from you. We are sorry and were unaware that the original quilt did not arrive with you; the courier company is sadly not within our control. Unfortunately they have let us down on this occasion but we have posted a replacement to you today. Hope it arrives soon.
We would be grateful if you would update your comments once your delivery arrives as we are proud of our favourable ratings!
Best wishes.
Great personal service
