Having had aircon at our last house it was on the list of things for our new place. We wanted a local company to work with us and after reading reviews and speaking to Alex we chose Celsius to help us.

From first phone call we were impressed, Alex gave us a rough idea of what system to give us and a ball park figure, he then came out to us for a proper look round and talked through options to get us the best system for our needs.

The attention to detail even went down as far as what colour outside units and trunking so they blend in (as much as possible) with the house as our house has white rendered walls on top of dark brickwork.

The install happened on a terrible weather week but James got it done, it took a day longer than he hoped because the weather was just so bad but it didn’t stop him from doing a brilliant job of it.

What is most impressive is that we had a small issue following install that was to do with our consumer unit but Alex worked with us to find a solution and we now have a great system installed that is just what we wanted.

The units themselves are sleek and a lot cheaper to run than the system we had at our old house.

Really happy with the job Alex and James did for us and would highly recommend them.

After careful research I chose a Daikin system and selected Celsius Air Conditioning run by Alex McGuinness to install the system. I found that Daikin has the best reputation of any of the air conditioning manufactures both for quality of its units, their efficiency and quietness.

Alex did an initial site visit and explained what would be needed to provide my home with the best combination of units to cool the home and also in the winter to warm the home. This would see the gas central heating used only for heating water for a shower.

Thanks to Alex and his team, James and Clayton, who came and installed my system in less than two days. They are great workers, clean, tidy and very professional in all there activities, making no mess. Explaining the process that needed to be done and how to optimise the units they were putting in.

After the units were in Alex went through how to work with the system and also about how to keep it operating at peak performance, between the recommended yearly services.

Alex and the team at Celsius installed a ducted air conditioning system in three rooms for us. Our experience was great from the first contact through to completion of the work. The installation was complicated by limited loft space for the ducted system, and some unexpected issues, but Alex and the team came up with solutions to ensure they delivered what we wanted. I could not recommend Celsius more. They came to quote with 24 hours of an initial phone enquiry and sent a quote through almost immediately after that. Alex was helpful, knowledgeable and ensured a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Our unit was difficult to install, but they persevered until it was completed to their very high, exacting standards. They took time to help put the room back together and spent time going through everything that they had done with us. Alex and his team came at short notice and quickly installed the AC unit to my garden office. Superb team, really friendly and professional, fully engaged in finding the best solution, we considered all options for installation. Cant recommend them highly enough - while it is not a cheap solution, I am sure it will balance out over time, as I have a lovely cool office - in fact so cool that everyone including the dogs now wants to stay in it during the heatwave!!

Alex came to fit a unit for us three years ago, the work was outstanding and we were very happy, however the unit started having issues and Alex fought Daiken to have a new system to replace ours. He was successful and we had the new system fitted yesterday and the workmanship is outstanding.
We are so happy with our new system and thank you for working so hard to get it replaced for us! 100% recommended
