I order a pair of trainers
I ordered a pair of trainers, they arrived 6 weeks later. I ordered size 9 and got size 4.5. They said to return it they would refund as they had no size 9 -still showing availability on their website.
When contacting them for the refund they said "we can't refund as we did not get the trainers back" after 2 months I had to escalate it to Paypal. Alpinstore made no effort whatsoever to track the parcel at all. After a lot of tribulations I found a very helpful woman at Royal parcel that directed me to the French Post site where I got the proof that it was delivered to them back beginning of December -they still denied to have the product. Once I showed the proof to Paypal they made Alpinstore to refund me the money. I did not get an apology for Alpinstore.
Do not buy anything from them!!. The worst service in my life and clearly a bunch of liers.

I heard a lot of bad reviews, and to be honest I was sceptical, but the order came through FedEx from France in the matter of two days, very happy with my purchase and service. I guess everyone’s experience is different, but mine was very good, nothing to complain.

As I explained Alpin store sent to me the wrong colure item i paid for in Dec 20 Asolo boots , A member of your staff sent to me a Pre paid return Label in email a sorry , Dpd picked up the Parcel with your Label attached DPD tell me you have to contact them as there is missing DATA they need from you the return sender Is this my Fault you sent to me the wrong order and My Fault DPD need to here from you ref import taxes DATA your staff sent to me the wrong colour item it is like ordering paying for a Black car to get a pink car ? ? TERRIBLE - no service and late delivery!
Please do not shop here. I ordered a skihelmet that was deliveres 1 week later than promised, and too late for me to use during my vacation.
When I wanted to return it they did not answer the phone or respond to my e-mails, untill a week later.
Be VERY sure that you want the goods you order and do so in good time before you need then, because the return system and service is horrible!

Found overall a poor outcome. Allowed me to order goods, then after done say unavailable, can I order different version. So did, the when delivered has notification delivered, with the item I had replaced being told this was now not available, not at time changed order. Very poor at coming back, telephone not able to be used (check their message on their phone icon), poor at then refunding. Eventually told re-fund done. Since found could order similar/better options via Outdooraction.co.uk for less, much better service and speed. Sorry but whilst received 2 items out of the 3 things ordered and they were all ok, I wouldn't use this company, don't know if understaffed, over committed or just have not got the idea how to deal with proper customer service. These outcomes where non face to face/online ordering is such a poor way of doing things and if had local options would have done this for sure-shame
Avoid at all cost
No stars given ! Very bad service , no communication whatsoever , no confirmation email , no shipment notification, nothing . After all the parcel has been delivered fine but the boots I received are not the ones i ordered !! There is no apparent email address, online form does not work so overall it is scam company !! This is not cool because now i will even lose more money to send them back whilst it is completely your mistake. This should be escalated to confirm it is a legit company. One last point , the ski boots i bought were more expensive than the boots they sent me ! So i urge you to get in touch with me ASAP

I ordered 2 pairs of snow boots at prices that were cheaper than I could find elsewhere- 1 pair Sorel, the other Kimberfeel. I received an email confirming dispatch 4 days later. Thereafter I was able to track the order via DHL website. Items received today, 6 working days after dispatch. For free, over- land, delivery this seems reasonable. I was worried after reading all these negative reviews which I only saw after making my order but I am delighted with items received and I am happy with the service provided.

Was concerned with the bad reviews. I noticed however that most people had gotten their goods but had a lot of issues with Customer Service. As I didn't count on returning anything (3 Malawi polar tubes), I took the chance because they were a lot cheaper than others - and I was not disappointed:-).
I ordered in the evening, got a order confirmation right away, and a few hours later I got a new mail that they had packed everything and ready to ship out with Track and Trace. Took DHL a few days to confirm this on their homepage but I had my goods within a week. I even got free shipping even though I had bought for less than required for that, so I am more than happy and would do it again:-)

This company is a joke, or a complete scam. Or both. I ordered an item that was apparently in stock and that had a stated delivery date of X. At X-1 days, I got an email saying it will not arrive on day X. To cut a long story short, after many, many emails, we got to day X+20 before they admitted they could not procure the item, and cancelled my order.

Do not order from this site it is a scam. They don't have any products but receive your order and when they are not able to procure the products they can make a profit on they simply cancel your order. It is impossible to get in contact with them by phone and it took me one month to get in contact with them by e-mail.
Save yourself the trouble and order from someone else instead.
