As the item as not yet been delivered I can’t comment just yet although I would like to no when it is going to arrive

I have bought my cycle with them. absolutely rubbish service. its been a week i am trying to call them, no answer at all, so annoyed. I have sent an email for tracking information no response whatsoever. avoid them
The order number is “Alpha22603”. I bought this bike for my brother as a gift. I have called 100 times no one replied then I wrote a review then they called me back. Bike came 10 days late. However they sent me faulty bike where dispute is going on. I would definitely say avoid these people. Bunch of scammers. They acknowledged the review over the phone and now have an audacity to deny it. Shameful.

Thanks at least you acknowledged that you found the order and sent bike very late. However for your correction- it’s battery that is faulty not charger. You making excuses to take it back.

People can see how you fighting to win the argument however you are scammer and people know that. God is watching you stole my £600 by giving me faulty bike.

Great price, Great company

Almost a month after buying my Vitilan T7, I've finally had a chance to try it out. It's very nice in it's striking yellow colour, but it's a darn heavy bike, so heavy it's a struggle to get it through gates on bridle paths.

It's a big comfy bike with the rear air suspension and big 4" fat tyres along with a big spongy seat. With the 750w motor it's a breeze getting up steep hills, but going down hills the brakes could be better as it's got a lot of weight to bring to a halt.

I can't fault Alphascootz with their very speedy delivery service, I ordered it boxing day and it arrived on New year's Eve which was very surprising and unexpected. Hopefully customer service will be just as good if I ever have any problems with the bike.

First they sent the wrong bike... then they didn't have the colour I ordered... then they told me the new colour I chose was shipped 3 days before it actually was... as of today I STILL don't have a bike or even any idea when it will be received!

Worst company I have ever ordered from online. They apologise constantly, without doing anything better or offering recompense. No one in the company knows what has already been done by other staff. Their standard of English is poor too. Which I normally wouldn't criticise, but I suspect is a real factor in their poor service.

They should be ashamed. They should change or fire someone. But they won't.

I want my bike, then I never want anything to do with this ridiculous 'company' EVER again!

I was kept informed throughout. Delivered exactly when they said it would. Very pleased with my new ebike.

A great delivery time! Placed the order last night and got it by afternoon! Bike assembly was easy enough and it’s super smooth to ride! An absolutely amazing purchase.

So I ordered a bike on New Year (maybe not the best day to choose) 2 days later I got a call telling me it wasn't in stock, which is obviously a bit disappointing.
However they did offer me an alternative which was basically the same bike with a different branding.
(For those who don't know Hitway, Colorway & Koolux are the same thing)
It was more expensive but it was offered at no extra cost and they threw in an extra that was included in my original order. So that was brilliant.
The people I spoke to were nice and polite.
I was told my bike would arrive the next day. Which was a surprise.
Sure enough I had a delivery the next day but somehow an extra bike had been added to my slip. That was in my delivery but the original bike was not. I explained which bike I ordered to the delivery guy. Which he insisted he'd bring the next day. Got me to sign for the accessory. Which turned out to be me signing for the bike I didn't order. A bit of a language and understanding barrier. It isn't really his fault as it was a clerical error. He assumed I ordered 2. He was going by the slip.
I could not get this guy to understand it was a bike I didn't order. I ended up storing it as I had a family emergency to deal with and didn't have time to argue plus I'd technically I had signed for it (thinking I was signing for the accessory) and figured I'd I'd get him to take it next day when he dropped off my actual order.
I had a call on Sunday telling me they delivered the wrong bike they want to swap them over. I explained what happened and they were nice about it. No blame was placed on me thankfully. (I am an honest guy and didn't feel at all comfortable having a more expensive bike I hadn't paid for in my possession.)
I was told the bike would be arriving later that day or on Monday. Neither of which happened.
I contacted them Tuesday, again the person was very polite. Apologised for the issue and promised my bike was out for delivery. There had been some issues on Monday. The van had got stuck elsewhere.
A while later I got tracking.
I must say the live tracking is very good. My bike got delivered and the wrong one taken so all turned out good. I did however have to change plans on both Monday and Tuesday.

So a mixed experience with negatives such as the not in stock item and delivery issue but these things happen.
The positives were the initial delivery was fast. (Even if it was the wrong item)
The live tracking is really great.
They did give me a nice alternative which I actually prefer.
All conversations were very polite.
They seemed to genuinely care and wanted to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
I was thanked for chasing the issue and keeping contact.
I can't be harsh and give a low rating as they were very nice and sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.
I also can't quite rate 5 due to said issues. I feel 4 is fair.
I honestly think the weak point was the delivery company not the store itself.
It was partly on me I should have simply rejected the delivery completely. As I explained in this review I had some issues myself.
I feel that I would give them another chance in future and hope they find my review detailed enough and fair.
