That small manual step was exactly what we wanted to see before asking for more automation.

We only reached the quote stage with Alpha PSN, but it was still useful. Our reseller team needed to know minimums and region limits before promising anything internally. They were clear about what needed an availability check and what could be quoted right away. We have not placed the larger order yet, but the call saved us from planning around stock that was not confirmed.
