I would like to share my feedback…
I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with your platform. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience because, when I requested clarification and assistance, I did not receive any response.
Furthermore, the product description did not clearly mention that the activation process would only be completed within 10 minutes. If this information had been provided from the beginning, it would have avoided misunderstandings and unnecessary concerns.
I also noticed that my questions sent via WhatsApp were not answered promptly. In some cases, the response came after a long delay and the communication style was not satisfactory.
On the other hand, I had a much better experience with TKStore DZ, where all my questions were answered and I received proper support. I purchased Claude AI from your platform for the first time, but unfortunately, this will be my last purchase.
I will continue using TKStore DZ despite their higher prices because customer support and communication are very important to me. I will also share my experience with my contacts and advise them to carefully consider customer service quality before purchasing from your platform.
I hope you will take my comments into consideration in order to improve your customer relationship management and support services.
I wish you success and hope that you will use this feedback to provide a better experience for your customers in the future.

I paid 6,209 dinars for nothing
I paid 6,209 dinars for a one-month "Claude Pro" subscription (on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 3:39 PM). I did not receive the code, so I have been unable to access the service. I have called the number 0665671833 several times with no response. I also called via WhatsApp and sent the payment receipt, but still received no reply. I left a voicemail, but got no response. Everything leads me to believe that I have been "scammed"—or at the very least, unfairly ignored—which is truly unfortunate. I hope that someone reasonable reads this message and takes the necessary steps to rectify this error.
